Hello! I have one ICSee ip wifi outdoor dual lens camera that stopped working. The 12vdc adapter light comes, the infrared leds of the camera come on at low ambient light but there is no movement, no voice messages, no wifi connection. I tried reseting but no response at all. What could it be the problem and how can I fix it? thanks !

ICSEE app is a total unreliable CRAP. I have 6 cameras exactly like these. They all fail to record video on smart card from time to time. Sometime not recording for days. You have to restart the cameras. Very often the camera says "network timeout" when retrieving video from SD card, although live video works fine. Cloud recording is also not reliable. So mad at those incompetent programmers who built this garbage app.
