DAITE DAITE MY HEART - THE LANTERN

As OP mentioned a DVD from The Lantern, I wanna assume it's 2003's Day Vay Day, although they did mention the DVD being made in 2005. I know 弾丸をぶっ放せ! (2006) had a DVD as a pre-order bonus, which would line up better with the date, but I've yet to find any further info on it.
If anyone knows more about the DVD, The Lantern, or where I could find more of their music, please let me know!
And apologies, for so many missing lyrics in the subtitles. I don't speak Japanese and can only pick out several words, but not enough to claim them to be correct lyrics... also feel free to submit corrections if they aren't already fixed!
