I had a stuttering problem when I was a child and through my teenage years. The bullying was unbearable. Even a high school teacher took part in making fun of my stuttering. It was crushing. I was lucky enough, the school district, at the request of my parents, got me into speech therapy classes. It took a couple of years but the stuttering issue got SO much better. Once in a while, I still stutter, but it is not often and it is somewhat minimal.
God bless you John. Your perseverance should be an example to all with the same speech issue.

Thanks for the baseless accusations guys, I guess you’d also call Pyro a furry since he too has an anthropomorphic character as his profile picture. You both liked each other’s comments too, dawww...that’s cute. Judging someone based on what they have set as their profile pic alone is just ignorant, because I in fact have desiccated myself from that fandom completely based on current events. I just like drawing 🤷‍♂️ nothing wrong with that!
I _really_ love it when people comment stuff like this with little to justify it with, because every time, their logic is completely flawed! Thanks for the laugh though 😂

Well, at least Dragonier express their feelings on Scatman, unlike you, who reply with call out name just because he is a furry/scalie.
I mean, we get it, you hate it. But your message doesn't make you cooler or respectful, especially when the comment you reply in the first place does not have anything related things you hate.
But, oh well, its internet, you can be as much asshole as you want.

I don;t think I could've made it even this far without you and wherever you are now, may you rest knowing that what you did to me, and to a lot of other people was the best thing anyone would ever be able to do. It's crazy how talented this man was! It's so easy to sit down and complain about how hard things are and how life sucks, you know? I often catch myself doing that... Suffering is really bad, but it can be comfortable. Standing up and having the job done is painful and extremaly uncomfortable, but it's really rewarding. Scatman John's story is a big inspiration! Let's keep his message alive!

Without my stutter I wouldn't be half the man I am today.
Learning to accept it and deal with it as a child was far more terrifying than any job interview, so my nerves with life challenges has always been pretty low. If you stutter, people will take you generally less seriously, meaning you learn to make WHAT you say far more convincing.
These are great life lessons for a kid. I'm 29 now and will probably retire in my 40s.
