Wish they'd have put the chest bit on so we could get a better idea at how extensive the lower torso kit would be. I imagine the head kit will connect into the cavities where the arms fold up, didn't notice connection points for shoulders either. They're going to be my first MS combiner, will the torso kit and all be included with Blastoff and Vortex? Or be its own thing, you think?
My current theory is one of the arms will come with the head and arm connection bits and the other arm will come with the hips and thighs bit. I don't think they are selling the combiner parts as a separate set - there is no preorder listed for anything like that.
@@nameforcomments4092 Could be, though the geometry of it looks more flush and complete than the coloration, so time will tell. All I know is, though I went with the comic version for the legs, I went cartoon for Onslaught, Gotta have the Blastoff chest plate, it's obligatory for me, he was always one of my faves, though the Combaticons have always been my fave team, hands down.
My tastes are for the MMC All Built In combiners, so Onslaught’s combine mode just being a plug-in is a let-down for me, but HOT DAYUM he looks good in every mode and you know Bruticus will look good too.
Magic square has to be one of the most consistent companies out there in terms of engineering quality, up there with unique toys
MS' products just keep getting better. I can't stop transforming their Ratchet, it's so good.
I have the Ironhide. Such crazy panel-packin' designs from these guys. Intricate and yet very well-planned clearances.
I got something you can transform, 2 modes only though. 🍆
You forget swimming pool shrinkage as the third mode.
@@peolesdruwhat mode is that?
Incredible engineering. Best Onslaught by far and gives me hope for what newer MP variations can be. Great job as always peolesdru!
Awesome video, thank you.
Thank you too!
So many flaps on such a little guy...
Awesome video, peolesdru.

@@peolesdru Cool, that seems to follow precedent from what I'm seeing on their Menasor and Devastator.
I’m still surprised the torso is apparently going to complete the back as well, based on the gap in the guns. I’m thinking an over-top head assembly.

Yeah the Assaultus set is one of the best ever made in engineering (though he's by no means perfect. IYKYK) But this is a really good Onslaught.
I love MMC's design work generally, and especially their take on combiners. Looking forward to finishing their Defensor in the coming year.
Name: Onslaught. Faction: Decepticon. Function: Combaticon leader. Vehicle mode: Anti-aircraft A13 leopard tank transporter truck. Subgroup: Combaticons. Motto:" Mind is the greatest weapon. "
