Very happy to hear my V8F get some love in your video. I appreciated your characterizations of it's place and capabilities. To me, it seems that the Ferraris & Lamborghinis of the EUC world have been given enough coverage. Wheels that fall into the Accord/Camary class of EUC, while less sexy, still need coverage.
Inmotion V10F was my first wheel and in many ways I like it more than my next wheel (MSP HS) it’s so well balanced and easy to ride. It has better water proofing and it feels well built and safe.
It was my 1st wheel too, but after 3wks, i was almost ready to give in. But cause I'm stubborn, I had to rethink how best to go about learning. I then ordered an AirWheel X8 and was able to ride it in 2mins due to the lighter weight & low pedal clearance. After a few days, I had enough confidence to try to the V10F again and was able to ride immediately. So I do agree with Hsiang about having a beginner wheel. I still have the X8 so I can teach new riders and build the community.
Yea just got my V10F this week.. My first EUC but best believe once I get good I'm going for the V12... Seems like Inmotion makes very concrete EUCs and I may just stay loyal to them
I got the v10f as my first wheel aslo. I'm so happy I did b/c it gives me the opportunity go grow with the wheel. I normally cost at 16-21mph so the 25mph top speed isn't concerning atm. I imagine in 6ish months I'll be ready to upgrade for more power and speed but I'll keep the v10f as a over qualified errand wheel.
I am wanting to get into EUC and out of all the RUclips videos I have watched you suggesting a cheaper will to start with groundbreaking thank you so much
Mten3 as first unicycle. 10 minutes of learning on an incline and I could ride without falling. Fits in a backpack and it isn't slow. IMO it's a great little first wheel
I've just bought an Inmotion V8 but I've not ridden it yet because I live in England so the weather is really bad right now is it a good choice and is it easy to learn to ride plus I love what you are doing for the unicycle community your the reason I got one my friend
Awesome choice purchasing V8. It was my first wheel that i learned on. Great agile wheel with almost all the amenities an EUC can provide. When you learn you can look for group rides in your area. Greetings from London!
Agree with Lopatar. I got a used V8 to learn - perfect for that. i beat it to hell and it kept on going. i've since replaced the tire and a few parts, and now my son is going to learn on it. tons of fun, i ride it every day! my family thought i was crazy when it arrived in the mail. now they, well they still think i'm crazy but they see how fun it is. V11 is my next big purchase :-)
Hi Rory, I also live in the UK and as a 61 yr old have become fascinated by the euc phenomenon. Really itching to give this a go but not sure if I've passed the point of learning this new skill. I'm also unsure about usage as I'm aware of the UK law regarding euc's etc. I've seen a second hand inmotion V5 but not sure about it as most reviews that I've seen rate the V8. Comments appreciated from anyone who has something valid to offer.
@@allanb2906 Before you buy EUC is important how much you weight and what you are gonna use it for as well as possible daily distance. Battery capacity and motor power are the 2 main important features. The rest is down to personal preference.
I learned on a monster and I feel like it was perfect. The height made leveraging it on my calf for learning to mount. The notoriously slower response of acceleration meant no twitchy unexpected burst of speed And the thing is extremely stable. A year in i have yet to experience wobbles
Thanks Hsiang for such great & important intro. You're absolutely right in choosing KS16X & VF8 as the first EUCs' to start with. As you know my first EUC was the KS16x & I considered very safe & easy to learn. The high pedals on the Ks16X are a plus because they provide very good steady balance once you get the hand of it and also prevents you more from kissing the ground unlike the other EUCs'. The other choice Emotion Vf8 is great if you're looking for great performance but less weight. The Vf8 is only 32 lbs unlike the Ks16X with 50lbs. Currently I own the Vf8 but I haven't get a chance to try it yet due to the weather conditions in New York but spring is soon around the corner & I'm more than ready to hit the road just like Jack lol. Hsiang Once again thanks for your outstanding videos keep them rolling🤗
When I think about it if you are light enough the mten3. It is unstable until you learn to ride with it, so it's a double learning, small deviations in the road or pavement destabilises a rider easily plus tramlining so your awareness increases significantly, also the speed limitation gives you a sense of speed and when you need to pull back before the cutoff. Then when you move to a bigger wheel with more power and stability, your attentiveness, antipication, and reactions are set in stone, making you a better rider. Not immediately a wheel you would think to recommend as a first wheel but I certainly would.
All good tips, man! Especially on buying a smaller, used wheel. I am learning on a Ninebot, and can’t imagine it being a bigger more powerful wheel. Also, it fell down in such harsh ways…if it was new, I would definitely shed a tear 😁
They said that about motorcycles too. I find used to be a death trap, just get what you want. People like me got only 1 shot at a big purchace lol. Go against the grain but do your homework. Those fast one got speed limiting right?
My first wheel was a Kingsong. The durability was very good. It survived several crashes. My second, an Inmotion. It had better customer service. Keep up with the videos.
Im a week into this so just looking... doing sum research ... ty so much man !! Was convinced on a 2k elec scoot but after watching thease rad vids and checking out sum options 🤔.... and i used to have a analog unicycle 20 years ago lol ... so the savings has begun...thanks again !
It is OK to own a smaller/starter like wheel and a large wheel (after you learn how to ride/balance). The smaller wheel is useful for short trips or trips that involves bus/train, stairs, or when parking car far away. The big wheel would be used for long trips. The redundancy is helpful when 1 of the wheels is down, which happened recently when I got a flat. Replacing the inner tube on an EUC is a lot more work than compared to a bike or even a car.
Believe me, it is not always necessary to disconnect the entire wheel and remove it. You can remove the tube without disconnecting it, with 2 flat screwdrivers. You patch, you introde the tube, inflate and go. I did. It's simple. But almost no one believes it. Duf told me that he had to see it to believe it. I'm not talking about changing tire, I mean PATCH tube
You're talking me out of going in on the v11 or 10f... my wallet and partner thank you sir! I have been watching for a few years now and am ready to pull the trigger. I thought getting something closer to what I'll use forever would be the move, but you've made some great points about training. I have a circus background (tightrope, stilts, and unicycle) so I'm hoping I'll pick it up quick. Thanks for the fantastic content!
I too would recommend finding a used ninebot z10 to start! Still an amazing wheel. Super stable, which is great to learn on. I've teach many people on this one first, before making them try a smaller width tire. Has nice top speed and range to start with. But yeah.. hard to repair. Although I never had to repair mine!
I have a Gotway MSP and 2 Ninebot Z10 wheels ❤️. I wanna ride my MSP Torque but I usually end up cruising Copenhagen on one of my Z10's. I feel more alive on my Z10 than on any other wheel I've ever tried😂❤️
@@revolvingrider2146 I totally agree! I have 3 z10 here for me and the kids! Rides like no others, very active ride, it's like a workout ! I will keep one forever! Or unless ninebot release a newer version... Please please
@@legyroquoi 😂I agree on the"workout" comment. Both my calves have grown to double size after I started riding my Z10🙏 Keep riding, rolling around with your kids on the Z10 sounds great, I'm trying to pick the best wheel for my girlfriend this summer. She loves the look of the Z10 but due to its history and that you have to be more "awake" on that wheel, I'm thinking of buying her a KS16X😂❤️
@@revolvingrider2146 I know z10 had problems at start, but if it doesn't comes as dead on arrival there's little chance something could go wrong with it. Just check the battery drain and you're good. Plus, find one cheat, used so if it breaks, you have parts for the others and it's cheap now, less than 1000$! I personally don't like the 16x, I do prefer the Nikola by far. My 16x had problems with water and dust. Plus it's unsafe at speed. I think the z10 is fast enough. Plus in the snow, the best ever! I'm sure you could do this in Copenhagen ! Kids are crazy with this! photos.app.goo.gl/ztTC8d2AUq7DfDd68
Yeah the z10 actually makes for a great starter wheel, stable at low speed and super durable. And yo can find them at a great price now that they are a few years old.
I think I have the most outlandish advice for the newbie. Buy the wheel you want to ride. Find out what kind of riding you would be interested in and buy the wheel that best fits that niche. I went straight into a v11 and was VERY easy to learn.
As usual, excellent ideas. I learned on the 18XL with the Roll.nz cover to protect it, so my numerous crashes were less damaging on the wheel. From my experience, I think a 16 inch wheel would have been easier to learn on.
Yeah a smaller diameter usually let you turn easier but the 18XL is probably a great choice since its still quite light compare with wheels with 3" wide tire.
great video man, Im a user of a electric scooter just 1 month with it.. loving it but i know i will enjoy a lot a EUC Cant wait to try it one, greetings from Colombia!
Hsiang I bought a inmotion V8 but I've not ridden it yet because I live in England and the weather is really bad right now is it a good choice and are the easy to learn to ride and I love what you are doing for the unicycle world
LOL I did the exact same thing and I actually think just standing on one holding onto a wall for as long as you can is a good way to get a feel for the wheel! also riding down a hallway works just as well!
@@OWGAC it's kind of magic. There are a lot of you tubers out there but it's hot and miss. Rarely i get a good vibe in the first seconds, this here is one to stay. Making a difference counts a lot.
First is a V11. Lots of research, videos. S18 only has 2 inches suspension travel. V11 has about 6. I like the car adjustment on the app. Headlight up or down? -2 is GOOD TURN CONTROL.
@@OWGAC Sure thats a fancy shock, but the Linkage is limited.. I see a lot of Bottom outs! Clack! The V11 has top/bottom valve.. 30/50psi is perfect for me. I have to straight leg a curb to bottom out.. why do Truck trailers use airspring??
I came across EUC's while doing some research for an electric scooter. Really got my attention. Looks really fun. I'm still looking at them and yet to decide but I think the V8F may be the way to go as it is relatively inexpensive compared to some of the others. Sadly next to no second hand market in my city. Once I get going then it may make sense to upgrade and drop $2000 +. Thanks for the great intro and I'll keep an eye out for part 2!
Same here.. I'm considering between a V8F or 16S. Then I got advice to try the 16X, and I also really want the S18 for the suspension. I kind of feel like the V8F might be easiest to learn on since its the smallest and lightest weight, the slowest. However, there isn't much price difference between that and some of the others and if you're going to upgrade it a few months.. maybe just go with the bigger, better wheel. So many options. Thank you, @Hslang for making this video. Very informative! Waiting for your next one to drop. If I get up to NYC, where can I try an EUC?
@@sporadictravels241 I'm in the same boat. I REALLY want that s18 but it would be my first wheel and I shouldn't be spending that much money right now. But Im afraid the v8f will be too underwhelming
I got interested in EUCs after buying and riding my Kiwano K01. It is an electric unicycle, but has a much different design and far less assistance with balancing. I feel like if I can manage to ride this thing without dying (so far), these should be way easier. 😅 Time will tell! So far, the Kiwano is kicking my butt but I love it.
oh god, I looked into the Kiwano when I started also! everything I heard says that its HARDER to ride than an EUC because of how awkward it is. So you have an easy time with picking up riding an EUC!
@@OWGAC Haha, it is insanely hard to ride, so I'm looking forward to upgrading to an EUC in the next year or so. But it is fun. It also has a fat tire and suspension, so IF I can master it, it will be pretty sweet off-road. So far, I handle bumpy roads with it just fine. Sand is super hard. I wanna try gravel next. 🤣
Only been following this for a short while but there are certainly not many EUC's out there yet. I want a Sherman but for a first? Nope. I hope there are more offerings soon as I want to buy. You got me as a subscriber now but get that second vid out asap! We need current content like this, not last years info as nearly every other Tuber has.
No, don’t get a sherman as your first, its too heavy and hard to learn on, better to start with a lighter small diameter wheel. Just talked to someone who started on a sherman and he almost quit cuz it was so hard to learn on
I bought GW Tesla T3 as my first wheel. MCM5 is probably even better because of that wider tire, but GW makes normals wheels also, not only crazy ones :D. Maybe it was wrong choice but other riders told me that it is perfect as 1st wheel. For a long time no need for anything better for me I think :D.
Great video👍🏼 I had it narrowed done to the Tesla and I was waiting for the V3 to come out. But being that I don't like the thought of euc blowing up on me 🔥😬😄 think I'll take another look at InMotion 😁
Greetings from Russia. My first one was a ninebot one S2. Easy to learn on the small EUC and to understand, do you really need it. Upgraded to inmotion v10 than. Love it! Thank you for your videos!
Wait....when did EUC become a "sport"? Isn't it just a mode of transportation? I mean...I know cars can be used in sports, your legs and hands can be used in sports, it's what you do with the tool. But I do not see any sporting events held with EUCs and all these videos I watch are people just joy-riding. I'm not sure I personally would call it a sport but I could be wrong. None the less, I came here to say AWESOME video as always, bro. Keep 'em comin', bud!
Try riding a monster pro! As a matter fact the fact that it takes so much effort to ride that wheel is what most of the complaint lodge against it are so far, but it definitely take skill and strength to wrestle full performance out of a wheel.
Love your videos! This one in particular coincides with my current situation. I just recently got into EUCs last month with a cheap old NB One E+, and due to the Gotway issues recently went with one of their more tried and true older models, Tesla v2, as my next step up commuter wheel. Looking forward to part 2!
i dont have much money to spend so frequently so as someone quite experienced on all manners of wheels I think I'm going to just hard commit to a more premium ride to jump. I know I want to get good at this and eventually buy a faster wheel anyway so I rather not spend more than i need to.
I personally started with a V11. Definitely not the ideal thing to start with- especially considering I started by learning to mount the thing which is way harder for a newbie when the pedals are higher up from the ground. Also falls from that high up hurt much more, I managed to absolutely destroy a steel kneepad with a fall at just 15mph when I got too excited. Nonetheless, I absolutely love the thing and still stand by the choice because I feel like I'm not going to grow out of this wheel any time soon. Just kinda sad that such a beautiful wheel is now beaten to a pulp and looks like it fell into a blender :P
I just ordered a v11, I'm a 190 lbs, older rider and I think suspension is going to be great. I understand that if you drop the positive pressure to 100 and negative to 50, the pedals will ride lower under weight. Like you, i wanted a wheel i could grow into.

I would love to have one of those. The problem is that my physicality limits me to standing for a certain period of time, so you can imagine riding those things will drain me out to the point where I'll just Fall flat on my face.
@@OWGAC after being on my back for 6 months, and five years of rehabilitation of physical therapy, and getting off the cane couple months ago. Now I'm able to walk through Sam's Club, but I still have to take breaks. In short, I don't know.
Totally disagree Sherman was my first wheel and I’m very happy with my choice I was up and riding in 23 mins and is strong enough to take a spill and not blowup like begone I mean gotway get a Sherman cause any other wheel your just gonna want more within a month once you get it and the Sherman actually is one of the easiest wheels to learn on how good it’s balanced and the tire is so wide
I want to buy one and I am looking at the Sherman already but I have never rode a unicycle, I dont know why, but in everything new I get into, I always want to start at the difficult level...I guess maybe I am a fast learner...
I think I would have benefited more from going straight to the more forgiving Gotway msx instead of the ninebot z6 👍 the ninebot is a great short distance wheel but is hard to turn at speed and cannot take speed bumps.. The big tyre makes u think it will be better or softer but it has no inner tube which makes it hard and jarring when going over bumps.. The 19" msx & msp wheels are similar to motorbike tyres and this makes them great for commuting and long distances on and off road.. I could not do without mine after 6yrs and 6000kms.. 👍👍👍
KS 16X - a starter wheel? It's pretty big and heavy, and its range is around 120km. However I choose this one (new) lol Hope I will ride as good as you do.
I chose the S18 as my first wheel, I bought mine new from Cal-kites / last mile in San Francisco, I tried EUCO first because there store was closer but they didn't have it in stock. it was difficult to learn but after the first kilometer I had it figured out however I notice the S18 is more difficult to control off road & or with the blue color suspension control knob set to the - postion. After spending time with the S18 I would say this type of transporter is a great option & has several advantages over other types of electric transporters.
The s18 is probably the best 2020 wheel to get as a starter since it has a lower pedal height and is more durable when it comes to crashes. Oh and remember stability comes with skill and practice, it’ll get better as you accumulate more miles!
I'm curious how much riding in the cold like that affects your battery life. Do you find yourself replacing the batteries often, or do they last several years? I just bought my first EUC, and my long-term goal is to replace my 2nd car with an EUC. I'll only use the car for large shopping trips, long distance travel, or icy conditions.
Mmm. I love the idea but I think for me, where I live and my needs, I just don't need one. For the things I'd use this for I could just use a little moped (or my current 250cc bike). Or my bicycle. There is no public transport here, not would I use it, so taking it on the subway or something is not an issue for me, so while I'm tempted it's purely cos it looks like such cool fun. Mmm. My 3rd day of watching EUC vids but I think I have decided, not for me.
yeah man I've never ridden one but I can ride anything with a high skill level in a couple hours I really want one but my state has vague blanket laws on personal electric vehicles. so I'm considering the gotway v8s right now? I need something that's 1000w or less and personal preference dictates that it will need to be as nimble as possible which I think I would get out of the skinnier tire. knowing myself I'll be riding it really aggressively in no time. is there any others I should be looking at that fit this niche?
there are vague laws banning their use just about everywhere, I would suggest that you look up a local riding group and see what actual experiences are in your area, in you are in the US, its likely "don't ride like and ass and you'll be fine"
@@OWGAC I have a ninebot one e+ too but want to switch this year to a new one because offroad and hills arent good for ninebot one e+ :D 9-10 km and battery is done
for as long as you can stand! I rode the i5 for 3 month before getting the z10, and I actually thought it was really good training since I was forced to learn low speed wheel control! it also depends on how experience you are with riding in generally as well. if you rode bicycle or even motorcycle a lot, then you probably adept faster.
My first real unicycle!(first one was a cheap plastic one as a kid ruclips.net/user/postUgkx4e2fa6x27dF7shCelntq0ZIKt4N0jELI I never learned to ride)So, this is a true learner, and for a C note, exactly what was needed. After a few weeks, I'm able to easily ride up and down the street. The Good: Solid frame. Has absorbed numerous spills through learning and still solid. Look - great looks, after 6 weeks of bashing Weight - it's really all tire, but as I fall I can easily grab the seat so it doesn't slam the ground. Size - Very adjustable. I'm 6', 33" inseam. I put it mostly up, but could go a bit higher if I needed to. The Bad: Not sure if it's out of the norm, but seat got scraped up quickly. Pedals - they are a bit uncomfortable and I can't get the right feel on my feet. But, they are solid and haven't been damaged at all as I've seen in reviews on other cycle's.- To address one comment about the seat connection not straight. Huh? Seat is on a round pole, you just turn it and it's straight. Either of the bad I expected to replace once I improved. I'd recommend to anyone else in the learning phase.
Exceyvideo. I challenge you to start just ONE video with the “waste another 15 minutes of your life....” line. Preferably a video discussing the chin guard on your POC, which is an excellent helmet
67-year-old newbie here. I bought a KS 16S used with low miles, as my first EUC. I tried using the fence to begin my learning. That wasn't working very well for me. I then tried using a grocery cart from Sam's Club. Their carts are tall and wide. I used that for a few outings then switched to a 'baby cart' which is lower and more narrow. I rode 2 miles yesterday and only fell once. Is this a good way to learn, or am I wasting my time? Or maybe developing bad habits using the cart to steady myself?
Good for you Randall! I bought one for myself last year as a 40th birthday present. Like you, i bought one slightly used (inmotion v8, but i was looking at a KS 16s too funny enough). It took me SEVERAL weeks to get up on it. I tell people it's more analogous to learning how to ride a bike than anything else. It's not like skiing or wakeboarding or any of those other sports...because with those you can usually get up the first day, you know? Easy to learn, very difficult to master. EUC is the opposite - hard to learn, but once you do the progress is explosive; just like a bike. Which means what? It's 95% confidence. For me, I took my kids to a local school with a long wall, and i just rode along side it, letting go for a few seconds at a time and trying to gradually increasing that time. One day it just clicked, i got off the wall and later that weekend i was riding over curbs, and going up and down steep hills. Explosive learning curve, unlike skiing for example where yeah, you get up the first day (snow or water) but you still suck at it for a long time. EUC riding? a few weeks after you get the initial hang of it, you might not look like Hsiang here, but you'll be pretty close quicker than you'd think! If the cart method works for you, what's the harm? If i had to criticize something, I would just maybe worry that it's teaching your body to bend at the hip if you're leaning down on it. You want to keep your body almost perfectly straight, slight bend at knees "athletic stance" and maybe a tiny bend at hips just so you don't lock out... but remember this thing is practically a segway, and you're the handle...you want to stand up straight and let your weight dictate the forward (or backward) motion. That being said, if you can do what i did with the wall, just start letting go for 2 seconds...then 5... then 10 and so on. The cart might actually be a great idea if use it to get away from using it as fast as reasonbly possible. Finally - safety gear. I'm sure you know this, but for me gearing up was essential. One because i'm old enough i dont quite bounce back as fast as I did, but also because it made me more confident that a fall wont kill me. I fell A LOT but almost all of them were just "falling" or stepping off the wheel. I only actually hit the ground once or twice. However one of them was a bad spill backwards onto my tailbone. after that i got some padded shorts. i dont wear them anymore...but if i was teaching someone to learn - i would really encourage. Helmet, wrist, knees at a minimum. Good luck - let me know how it goes!
@@cheefussmith9380 Hey, thanks for the words of encouragement. I just fell yesterday and bruised my thigh. I need to remember to empty my pockets. I fell on a thick wallet. I have the helmet, Joe Rocket motorcycle jacket (Back, shoulder, and elbow pads), knee and shin guards, and motorcycle boots, so I'm pretty well protected. I'll be at it again in a few days. I'm not giving up! It took me a while to learn how to ride a bicycle too. And, I love bicycling so I know, I'll love riding the EUC as well. Thanks again and I'll be around.
@@1motorandy good luck! Good call on the boots actually. I found my way there too after i noticed my feet would really ache after about 10-15 minutes of riding. Making sure my heels where lines up with back of pedals helped. So did getting better so I can move position while riding, but stiff sole boots were a life saver. Have fun
I think I heard someone else used the shopping cart method and if it works then that’s great, like what cheer us said you just need to have it click in your brain and once it does you can ride and slowly fine tune your input. Just remember that there’s always a period of over confidence right after you get comfortable where most of the more damaging falls happens so always stay cautious!
late to the party but wondering if you think the learning curve is very steep or just somewhat more difficult when thinking about getting a nicer one. For example - ive never ridden but am considering the S22 whenever that happens and I would hate to drop a sum of money on a cheaper one and then go drop more for the one I want. The only way I could justify that is if we would expect EUC's to comfortably hit 60mph sometime in the near future, in which case - I could "suffer" for a little bit with a more learner friendly version, That being said, my intention for learning is a park, on the grass and taking it very slow for a couple weeks before actually taking it to pavement. What are your thoughts/perspective on the aforementioned?
After going down the EUC rabbit hole this is the first video that cleanly laid out the major brands and their target demographic.
Get a Kingsong 16x or 16xs as a first wheel. Perfect starter wheel

The notoriously slower response of acceleration meant no twitchy unexpected burst of speed
And the thing is extremely stable. A year in i have yet to experience wobbles
I was considering a monster for myself do to being 6"4" and 280lb. Was thinking of getting it as a gift to myself if i can lose another 20lbs
That’s prob the two best starter wheel right now so I am with you there!
How about KS 16xs?
Thank you!
I love pictures details and your hard works ! Thanks so much !
I happy with my V8F very convenient light weight and easy to learn 👍
I know ppl that never upgraded from the V8F, its light convenient and fast enough for most transport needs
Im a week into this so just looking... doing sum research ... ty so much man !!
Was convinced on a 2k elec scoot but after watching thease rad vids and checking out sum options 🤔.... and i used to have a analog unicycle 20 years ago lol ... so the savings has begun...thanks again !
I ride a Veteran Sherman and MCM5. Thus, they are the best unis! ;)
Yes definitely on that backup part since I can’t go without riding anymore!!
Hey man you rock! I love your way of making videos and logical thinking behind your reasoning.
Thank you!!
At 6:10 You said don’t buy Begode as a beginner. Well that statement strongly compelled me to buy a Begode as a beginner! Lol, thanks!
I guess I should say "casual beginners" are you a casual beginner? =)
@@OWGAC No it will be my first EUC, but I’m far from a casual beginner.
Both my calves have grown to double size after I started riding my Z10🙏
Keep riding, rolling around with your kids on the Z10 sounds great, I'm trying to pick the best wheel for my girlfriend this summer.

You’re the rare exception then, cuz most ppl I talked to say the v11 was hard to learn on.
How do you like the v11? because it seems like a good all around euc
@@2424jhg good wheel, out grew pretty quick. Riding sherman now
Nice to see you filmed in my old PJ's Valeck houses.
I like my Inmotions, just what I need, one small and one big.😁 And yes, I admit, I’m just a “Hallway Hero”🤣
GREAT, concise and SENSIBLE approach to the issue. I’ll definitely keep in mind your words. Thanks man!
My KingSong 16X will arrive this week. I live in Brooklyn so I’m sure to meet you one day soon. I can’t wait to ride an EUC for the first time.
Wow, what a fantastic video! Thank you!
I love riding in winter
Hsiang I bought a inmotion V8 but I've not ridden it yet because I live in England and the weather is really bad right now is it a good choice and are the easy to learn to ride and I love what you are doing for the unicycle world
Same problem here, but i train driving from my sleepingroom to my livingroom for 2 weeks everyday... i'm getting better 😅

Remember suspension isn’t just about travel distance, s18 has progressive shock and the v11 is linear
Dude watching you go on snow ,wow!
Outstanding contribution to the Community! Thanks for sharing.
Excellent as always! I still want a nine bot Z 10!
Can recommend!
Just talked to someone who started on a sherman and he almost quit cuz it was so hard to learn on
This is the best advice. Thank you.
16x just feels so good and easy. I started on mten3 then moved to my own KS, and love it till today. But I did outgrow it after 4 months XD
That’s not a bad progression, 16x is a great beginner/ intermediate wheel!
exn first wheel. i can ride it (wobbly) once up, but starting without a fence is a hitch still. only wanted to buy one wheel.
Tesla is a great wheel buut as with all gotway, open it up to double check that they didn't forget a screw or something!!
Yaaa... I grabbed the veteran sherman as my first wheel, and man its taking me sometime to get used to it.

It's a journey ♥
Great video👍🏼 I had it narrowed done to the Tesla and I was waiting for the V3 to come out. But being that I don't like the thought of euc blowing up on me 🔥😬😄 think I'll take another look at InMotion 😁
Yup, until gotway shows proof that they are fixing their issues I can’t recommend them.
Greetings from Russia. My first one was a ninebot one S2. Easy to learn on the small EUC and to understand, do you really need it. Upgraded to inmotion v10 than. Love it! Thank you for your videos!
Just got a v11 as my first euc :D hope I made the right choice
Wait....when did EUC become a "sport"? Isn't it just a mode of transportation? I mean...I know cars can be used in sports, your legs and hands can be used in sports, it's what you do with the tool. But I do not see any sporting events held with EUCs and all these videos I watch are people just joy-riding. I'm not sure I personally would call it a sport but I could be wrong. None the less, I came here to say AWESOME video as always, bro. Keep 'em comin', bud!
Try riding a monster pro! As a matter fact the fact that it takes so much effort to ride that wheel is what most of the complaint lodge against it are so far, but it definitely take skill and strength to wrestle full performance out of a wheel.
i ordered a budget kingsong 14M for my first euc after playing around on the segway drift w1 skates.
Love your videos! This one in particular coincides with my current situation. I just recently got into EUCs last month with a cheap old NB One E+, and due to the Gotway issues recently went with one of their more tried and true older models, Tesla v2, as my next step up commuter wheel. Looking forward to part 2!
My first wheel is a King Song 22 pro.
As luck would have it the trolley handle broke off.
i dont have much money to spend so frequently so as someone quite experienced on all manners of wheels I think I'm going to just hard commit to a more premium ride to jump.
Just kinda sad that such a beautiful wheel is now beaten to a pulp and looks like it fell into a blender :P
wow that was the first thing I thought of when I got on the V11, that someone new would have a heck of a time learning since the pedals are soo high!!
I just ordered a v11, I'm a 190 lbs, older rider and I think suspension is going to be great. I understand that if you drop the positive pressure to 100 and negative to 50, the pedals will ride lower under weight. Like you, i wanted a wheel i could grow into.

Hi. Where did you get that helmet?
Which link for America?
This was good! Thanks for the info.
I would love to have one of those. The problem is that my physicality limits me to standing for a certain period of time, so you can imagine riding those things will drain me out to the point where I'll just Fall flat on my face.

I got a cheap old one in the shed. Lost the charger

KS 16X - a starter wheel? It's pretty big and heavy, and its range is around 120km. However I choose this one (new) lol
Hope I will ride as good as you do.
So where should I start Inmotion v8f?
I value long distance and range capable EUC that dont break the bank
I wanna hear some specific models for a first while. Spoonfeed me over general guidelines
yeah man I've never ridden one but I can ride anything with a high skill level in a couple hours I really want one but my state has vague blanket laws on personal electric vehicles. so I'm considering the gotway v8s right now? I need something that's 1000w or less and personal preference dictates that it will need to be as nimble as possible which I think I would get out of the skinnier tire. knowing myself I'll be riding it really aggressively in no time. is there any others I should be looking at that fit this niche?
there are vague laws banning their use just about everywhere, I would suggest that you look up a local riding group and see what actual experiences are in your area, in you are in the US, its likely "don't ride like and ass and you'll be fine"
Great video - thx so much

for as long as you can stand!

How do the speakers sound on the king song 16? Is it worth even thinking about?

mten3 is probably the perfect starter.
What if you are 220lbs? Wouldn't that be too much weight for this little wheel?
Exceyvideo. I challenge you to start just ONE video with the “waste another 15 minutes of your life....” line. Preferably a video discussing the chin guard on your POC, which is an excellent helmet
What would you recommend for a rider with a body weight of 100 kg/220 pounds, excluding: clothes, protective gear, backpack, etc?
@@OWGAC Thanks for the advice, I appreciate that. I enjoy your videos!
late to the party but wondering if you think the learning curve is very steep or just somewhat more difficult when thinking about getting a nicer one.
This is a great review into #euc #micromobility
where is part 2 ? lmao
Q? What EU are you riding with the red shell?
