Am I the only one who thinks Camille is very toxic to Gabriel? you notice on many occasions and especially when talking about the restaurant and family of it, he is never comfortable with it!
I wouldn’t go as far as calling her toxic, I think she’s nice and just wants to help. But she and Gabriel approach and handle things differently. He wants his independence and she & her family disregard his beliefs and will.
Not really Camille is just trying to be a good girlfriend and help him out to reach his dreams but Gabriel still his pride and doenst want help from her family. It just depends on the person everyone appreciates help in different ways Camille was never actually rude or behaved toxic to him at all she just wanted to beat for him and was just a tad forceful with it towards the ending of their relationship where she mentions not every wants to struggle and all.

It’s not that big of a deal, every movie has stereotypes. And it’s stereotypical depending on the way you look at it, the characters are mean, yes. But they’re not mean because French people are mean, they’re mean because Emily came to a country she doesn’t know the language of and suddenly wants to change so much of a French company.
I swear they have a great chemistry. I feel bad for camille though haha it feels good and bad at the same time 🤣

I think the fact that she made friends with Camille makes it doubly wrong to be that close with Gabriel. Not knowing that he has a girlfriend and knowing that he is your friend's boyfriend are two different things. There is a line that should not be crossed. That's a depressing take on a working women.. I am damn sure emily is going to lay down with that boyfriend of her boss in the next season, thereby justifying my prejudices on her...

Many often in this series Emily is like an object for men around her to entertain... We haven't seen a single scene where Emily win applause for any of her ideas.....

Their first kiss is totally justifiable, Camille is great by all means for wanting best for her boyfriend whom she loves, we always want best for those whom we love also Camille clearly has blind trust in Relationship which if foreseen will be heartbreaking to see it falling apart. From Gabriel point of view, he knows Camille is a great gf but can’t help with electrifying connection with Emily and hence the tense 2nd kiss. Rest of its just PARIS, thats what the show is portraying I guess.
