I agree, unfortunately the hunters out there would take one look at him and think how beautiful his head would be on their wall and a great pic to brag about. I think he’s strong, a great specimen and has been able to survive that long to look like that so don’t go and snatch his life away.

I wouldn't be so sure...Deer are very muscular athletic creatures. If they went head to head, blow for blow the bison would win, but deer are dirty fighters. He would try to get around to the bisons body with those horns..Have you seen the video of the big RAM and Whitetail deer going at it in South Texas?. The whitetail took a huge blow to the head from the RAM. A blow you would think would kill the deer or crack it's head open..The deer just shook it off and then proceeded to whip the RAMs butt by stabbing him in the body with his horns and chased him off.
Incredible! I did not think such a behavior could be possible. I feared for the Deer but he looked fine after clashing.

Not only is it crazy how huge horns like these manage to grow out of a tiny skull, but also how they manage to stay attached, how the animal manages to keep its balance without breaking its spine, and how they don't break off immediately after the very first horn-locking encounter like that, staggering the poor animal to the point of unconsciousness.

Imagine how people were 5,000 years ago without God’s True Book. How would they have known how they were
supposed to live? How would they have known how they were supposed to be in order to please their Creator? So
God gave the law of Moses back then. This law was for the people to know how to be. They saw what God expected

He is, how can His creation not want to obey Him? How can His creation not want to please Him? The reason why is
because of foolishness. Man loves his own foolishness rather than God’s wisdom, Jn 3:19. Man loves his sin. If
anyone loves himself, he will stay in sin. So man who stays in sin rejects his perfect Creator or Father, and
exchanges it for his own foolishness.
So now fast forward to today where we have God’s True Book. We officially know what God wants. God gave His
creation a big help, the Word, to show us how He wants us to live. If we follow His perfect teachings, we all live
with perfect peace, love, joy and unity. This is His perfect design for His children's lives. When we go against His
perfect design for what we want, sin, we throw away that perfect plan. We throw away that perfect peace, love, joy
and unity. Giving up these things is foolish. So sinning against God proves to be the worst plan for us!
God wanted to help mankind. God wanted to save man from his foolishness. He wanted to help us the best way
possible because He is Good. The best and only way to do it, as God saw fit, was to give mankind His Son. Why? The
Son is the Word, Jn 1:1. The Word always obeys the Father's will. The Father's will is spoken through His Word.

The Son conquered the grave. The grave is the end of all who sin. The grave is the payment for sin. Satan founded
the grave. How? Because Satan started death by being the first to sin against Almighty God. Jesus destroyed Satan's
creation and fulfills the very first prophecy spoken of the Savior in Genesis 3:15. That's why Jesus came to
"...destroy the works of the devil," 1 Jn 3:8. Satan came to ruin God's Creation with sin. Jesus came to ruin Satan's
creation, death, with perfect obedience, which His blood shed proves. That's why in His blood, there is life. So the

There are no buffalo in North America or Europe, buffalo are found only in Africa and Asia, these animals are actually called bison.

I raise American bison. European bison are built different. As I recall, there are 2 North American species left and 3 European. To bison, everything is a toy. Barrels, stacks of concrete blocks, pickups, etc. Dogs and coyotes are killed on sight. Anything deemed a threat is generally met head on by the whole herd.
There is genetic influence of aurochs in wisent. it's taller more slender and horns have shape similar to that of aurochs

Hard to imagine for modern Europeans that not too long ago, bison (along with the extinct aurochs) were as common in the forests of Europe as red deer still are today. That tidbit further shows how the wildlife of Europe and North America closely mirror each other, as American bison and elk are well-known for coexisting at places like Yellowstone, and they too have been filmed locking horns/antlers on occasions.
it is starting to become clear that the antlers are an effective defensive weapon against animals that charge and try to head butt.

Muy interesante la toma en la que un bisonte "saboera el aire" con el característico reflejo Flehmen, a pesar de ser especies distintas y se acerca a investigar donde está la fiesta.
Espero que algún día los bosques de toda Europa recuperen tantas especies perdidas o en retroceso...nosotros, en España, estamos teniendo éxito con la recuperación del Lince Ibérico, pero sigue habiendo problema con la falta de espacios protegidos y corredores entre ellos para su expansión territorial, por lo que las sueltas se realizan en verdaderas "islas" protegidas, sin opción a interactuar con el entorno para su expansión.

I had no idea there was such a thing as Europe bison? They look like they are more red in the mane than the typical black mane of American bison. Both majestic animals and very tasty as well. I'm a hunter.

От большого ума и ошибки большие. А у зверей, я бы сказал, инстинкт самосохранения более развит чем у людей, поэтому олени не смогут уничтожить планету , на которой живут, а людишки то запросто, если конечно «кураторы» не досмотрят))

У оленей рога вроде хрупкие, только против своих принодны в атаке а зубр словно танк об которого ломаются копья - рога оленя.

Lucky for the stag that this particular bison was being so non-confrontational. If pissed, a bison would have steamrolled that stag in an instant. And bison are known for their foul temper.
