Ordered these this morning, but will be swappin out those whack laces for neons or flat blacks. I have the current air max 90 in volt colorway, and wanted some 4's for awhile, so this was a must cop for me. Great review, helped with sizing and why it was called an SE.
3 things that bother me: 1 - suede on the midsole. That will not age well at all. There's a reason why nobody puts suede (if it's suede), on the midsole. That will wear out badly. 2 - the triangle on the crown laces should also be neon green as the lace loops on the 95 are green all the way. 3 - the price point is stupid insane. Don't they remember the last time they tried the mix and match the 95 neons? The 95 neon upper with Vapor Max sole were outlet specials. I just don't see much cross over between AM fans and Jordan fans that this shoe is a must cop. IMO, these are going to brick hard, especially at that price.

Quest4Truth Spot on, exactly my thoughts 2, and til one holds a pair in hand, you will see pics don’t do em justice IMO...The materials are nice and well used, the suede on the mid looks it will stand up good from looks of my pair.. most people that hatin on em, obviously don’t on a pair..

Never been a fan of the 4s, I've always thought they look dated and I never had them on my radar. But the reimagination of this silhouette won me over. This colourway gives it the contemporary zest it sorely needs. It's unique for this model so I copped!

How do you get past the impression of it looking like a fake sneaker? If it looks fake to you initially, it will look fake to others also. I guess another man's trash is another man's treasure. Avoiding this like the COVID 19! LOCKDOWN! 🤣🤣🤣✌
These shoes are just gorgeous. They did a very good job with setting them up to be similar to the AM 95 style. Love the rope laces too. I'm sure the suede is probably one of the reasons why it's higher in price but if you find a good sale, take it. They are a bit cushion-y at the ankle but I'm good with it. Great vid!
the small Nike Air just seems out of place and the neon looks ugly on these. i don’t like this shoe at all but I can understand the appeal. the suede looks great tho.
