funfact: 23s from conti on a 17C Rim have already 26mm with. Conti goes wide by tradition. 25mm Pirellis on 17C Rim Have 27mm and 28.7mm on 18C Rim. so 23mm Conti vs. 25mm Pirelli is like 1mm difference. Now give it some margin of error. some tires turn out slightly wider or narrower. you run basicly the same with.
Those 23mm tires are interesting. You don't see many people riding around with em.

So i have a bike with a 700c x 25 tire on it the problem is i need to change ot cuz its awfully thin. I try to find some tires on our market but they only have 700c x 23. My question is can you fit the 23mm tire on my rim which have a 700c x 25 on it? Please i need an answer. Thanks

Rim should be OK, but check the frame. For me I must deflate the tire to put the wheel on.

Wheels are Shimano WH-RS11 and the inner width should be 15mm

Probably but it depends on the internal width of your rim. There are ratio charts online

Should be fitted. But if you're using smaller frame like XS or S, 28c are too big and does not fit to frame..

cant see a difference between the 25mm and the 28mm hmm... do you feel any ride difference?
There isn’t so much wide difference between 25 and 28 as you can see on video. It’s maybe because of the rims, idk. But 28 seems to have more volume and therefore more comfort. Before I had 25 rear and 23 front. Now I have 28 rear and 25 front and I can feel the difference. Now it’s definitely more comfortable.
It's almost the same width, due to narrow rim, but it's definitely taller and changes the gear ratio

@@macmaxy394 I observed increasing speed because my muscles are stronger, but when I changed from 23, 25 (front, rear) to 25, 28 (front, rear), the comfort was much better. And I don't think so that due to wider tyres I'm slower (even Pro riders goes to wider tyres, so it cannot be slower). Year after change maybe I would try 25mm front and rear.

They have more volume so it’s much more comfortable. Now I don’t have 23mm so I can not measure it.
23mm tires (usually measured on a 13/14c Rim) come in at around 200-220g vs. 28mm @ 240-260g (claimed) on the top end tires.

Depends on tube, but I still using tubes that came with bike (with 23mm tires)
Hmm..now i ve change both to big tubes..coz using scwalbe lugano 28c front and rear...and the performance are great😀
Yes you can. Just don't let the thin tube get caught between tire bead and rim or even under the bead area. Or you end up patching your tube or even replacing them.
25c & 28c is almost no difference.
