I have a few dockyard ships but don’t have the time to do the events anymore. I like to work and makes lots of money instead. If I did have the time this thing is just too kooky. I truly don’t get it.
Can't argue with your logic at all. Real life is much more important than the game. And this ship? It is very situational, and I think that includes players that will find it fun. I mean, it can be fun and even be strong. But it is a lot of effort to get it. At T10 Napoli is more versatile, easier to get, and, for me, better.
Not sure RDF is the best way to spend 4 points on this ship. But very one to their vices. I would have liked to see Survivability Expert and Grease the Gears for those 4 points.

It was a quick and dirty (rushed) build which I think I disclaimed at the start... but appreciate you watching and taking the time to comment.
