1) Goa, Daman, Diu and Dadra Nagar Haveli the former part of Portugal colonies in India, their residents born before 1961 and their decendents are eligible to hold Portugal passports and are living in India
2) Mr Antonio Costa, the Prime Minister of Portugal is of Goan ancestral, his father was born Goan.
3) Goans are diehard supporters of Portugal soccer Team.

Brother I am stay in Portugal I saw ur videos 🇵🇹 but may MIs communicate but the water is most free in Portugal any cafe shop u ask just not in English u have to ask cop de agua it’s free in all Portugal any where u go no one tell u no it’s people of Portugal kindness we like that so much and Potuges people is so friendly and helpful viva Portugal 😅

Not offering water in regular restaurants is quite common in Europe. Once in Germany when I asked for regular water the waiter did bring it for me but then built an expectation that I’ll tip him well and he even mentioned about it before bringing the cheque that I got you water 😄
