Don't sell/destroy your highest gear, be sure to keep! "GearScore for loot drops is based on your max attainable own GearScore from all items owned, including your stash. Just hold on to items with higher GearScore, you don't need to equip them to still get better drops" - as per dev
Great video Maka, you should definitely do more videos like this. I've been watching your achievement videos for years, no one can come close to you on cheevo videos. It's nice to see a tips video.
Aside from doing side missions for a specific reward, apparently you should save side missions for higher levels because they don't give you a set XP amount but rather a percentage of your XP bar. meaning, 3 side missions equals one level whether you're a level 2 or level 20. That's a huge XP difference per mission when you think of it that way.
Why are so many of these "how to's" focused on getting to End Game as quickly as possible. Do most people just fly to End Game only to complain about the lack of End Game content? Why not just enjoy the experience along the way?
I didn't play division 1 but I just hit 30 and all the zones reset now and u have to do them again for better gear. After a certain gear score I think it happens again. I didn't go fast but it was fast to 30 without doing all the missions and if you plan to just play to 30 it's going to be over super fast. If your going to get top level gear your probably going to get burnt out on the grind
It's because The division games are different then most other games, getting to the end game is just the start of it it's more for teaching you how to play the game and get used to everything so that when you get to the end game you should have by then become a very great player. After you make it to the end game that's when the division really opens up and begins to shine and the greatness of the game starts and becomes a lot more fun and challenging. There is no lack of content after you reach the endgame, it's actually when you unlock and begin most of the content and the game becomes Play a bowl the way that it was meant to be played.
2 best tips Ive heard: 1. You can make minimap bigger! Go to UI option and expand it however much u like. 2. Grid view in your inventory is much cleaner and easier to see your items. No one uses it..
I usually check the Projects Vendor first. Then I sell everything. You can find crafting material by walking around and looking. Find the SHD Cache first. After you Unlock safe Houses it will give you SHD Cache Locations. You need them for your Perks. You get 5 SHD points doing missions. Replay on Hard you get also 5 more. You get better gear doing 4 people Hard Level Story Missions. So use Multiplayers instead of solo or 2 party. Buy gear ifs higher color than gear you have. No need to buy same color gears from vendor. You’ll get those doing missions or random finds.
thanks. game is on sale on epic right now, so picked it up. while I've not played a ton of shooters, I do play warframe and a lot of RPG's, so shouldn't have too hard a time getting to grips with this.
Don’t do what he says. Rush though the main missions as fast as you can. You’ll need to be decent at the game to do them while under leveled. You’ll end up being level 24 or 25 maybe 26 by the end. Then do all the side missions you haven’t touched yet. Side missions scale with your level they automatically give you 33% of whatever you xp needed to level up is. So if you have 12 side missions left or more. Then you can get from 25 to 30 in like an hour.
You're making the game harder for yourself while admitting that you'll get less XP for doing them at a lower level (since mission XP gained also scales). If you just do everything at the recommended level, you'll get to the last mission with the exact same amount of missions completed as everyone else, while not having to play the entire game against higher level enemies. Why would you recommend spending longer on main missions to save time later on side missions? If anything, the opposite would be true. But the best strategy is just to target main missions at your current level so that the difficulty and time spent killing enemies is reasonable, and spend your extra time on side missions to target the gear you want/need. You also shouldn't spend level 25-30 on side missions, since you need to complete strongholds as your primary objectives to level up to get into world tiers anyways.
@@Maka91Productions not really though. Simply do match making. If you get matched with a higher level player, the game normalizes all under leveled players, so they can actually do the activity.
Maka im sorry but you're wrong, it is much more efficient to get all main missions done asap. Then do side missions, the difficulty is very do able 2 or more levels below
Different strokes for different folks... I don't see what the satisfaction is in rushing to an end game that you already know is limited and the content for it isn't even released yet...they will be the same people complaining that they're bored and don't have anything to do...
Most people who play a lot of video games (all day) don’t find leveling process fun and mostly play the game for endgame loot and activities, you gotta understand that all of you people with that mindset are just writing the game off basically calling it trash saying there is only enough content to keep people around for 2 weeks And if they do get bored of the game quick than oh well the game didn’t have what it needed to keep people around , just look at destiny one, never grinded a game so hard for 3 years in my life
If you didn't realize till level 20 that you could destroy your skill for faster respawn then I won't be taking any advice, considering it tells you in the very beginning when you unlock the skill.
Some misinformation in the video, do story missions as soon as you are able to beat it, even if you're 2 or 3 levels below, story missions always give the same xp. Well side missions always give 1/3 of you're xp bar even if you are level 29 or if your level 2
i like this game but damn how many times you have to shoot someone?looks like you throw a whole clip on the enemy hitting all and he still shooting at you.crazy
I've found that side mission's are damn near impossible because they scale. I always get to the end of the side mission than end up in a situation that is impossible to beat. Either enemies spawn directly next to me (from a random door) or I'm getting shot through a wall (bugs) Maybe it's the one I'm suffering through but it's gotten to the point where it's made me HATE this game. I'm down for difficult content but not bullshit mechanic difficult. I just have to skip that content entirely or at least until they hopefully make "Story Mode" doable for solo players. There are always harder difficulties for the masochists out there. Let the "story" people have content that can be completed without hours of dying and banging ones head against their desk.

We not going to talk about what happend at 3:46?
If you try and view your weapons quickly, eventually you get that glitch. It’s pretty funny and easy to do😂
I had a "WTF" moment right there too and was waiting to see if he said anything haha!
Lol nice catch rookie :-)
Lol character throws hands up like "pick a weapon already"
Amazing! cheers

Yeah, I agree. I'm one to clear out the entire zone before moving on. I enjoy the long ride, plus my OCD kicks in.

love your videos man....keep up the great work.
How do you select and use special bullets? Holding right on the D-Pad as someone suggested doesn't work for me.
Replying bc I wanna know
They auto equip when u loot them u can't store special ammo i.e shocked, explosive etc

Hi maka, are you making videos for other achievements in the division 2, such as “suits you, sir” & “Dark zone safe room”?
Awesome video well done!. What mission or side mission have the extended magazine. Thanks👍
It's in the middle and its bureau something or department
If you didn't realize till level 20 that you could destroy your skill for faster respawn then I won't be taking any advice, considering it tells you in the very beginning when you unlock the skill.
Very helpful
Wasn't mentioned in the video from what I remember but what does the whole normalized stats mean? I've never understood it
