Par apport à vos anecdotes, manque évident d’éducation, et la corruption une maladie incurable en Algérie, on régresse au lieu d’avancer, exemple toute bête, quand je vois un adulte jeter une canette de soda dans la rue devant ses enfants comment voulez-vous que plus tard ses derniers respectent cette société.
A Paris ou ailleurs en France ou en Europe, tu tiens juste dans ta main ton téléphone en conduisant tu peux être sur que dans les 15 jours qui suivent tu reçois une amende de 135 euros + le retrait d'un point sur ton permis de conduire car une des camera installées par la ville ta repéré.
