I was excited about my first small ginger harvest. I've been reading to store them in sand. I plan to save some in sand next time to hopefully save my own "seeds" for planting the next season.
I haven't eaten radish leaves, but have seen several videos of folks preparing them like spinach. I'm still waiting to see if I have any to harvest. They have been on the struggle bus.. but I do have a set of leaves that are looking healthy.
I feel like I want to love radishes but it’s not one of my favorites. I am glad to know I can eat the leaves. I do like eating my greens, I will try it in the spring. Thanks for letting me know and I hope your garden is successful.
@@blaqfish yes. I watched a documentary a while ago that said the old plant root makes it easier for the new plants. It does break down over time. Thanks for your comment

When you cut the plants do you leave the stems and such in place to compost on itself? Thank you 😊 great content, like your channel
