3racha existed before Stray Kids was formed and before the other members even became trainees under JYP. Chan picked each member of Stray Kids himself but 3racha was already an existing group making music and stuff so those 3 were basically the foundation of Stray kids. So Chan already knew he wanted to debut with Han and Changbin before even meeting the rest of the guys.
