I was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate in January 2024 and went through 10.5 hours of absolute agony before getting to ER at 4am and there, had a catheter installed and, almost immediately, I got relief when my bladder emptied. Causes more bladder spasms as need to empty bladder 3/4 times a day. Gave up on using them. Additionally have to attach a night bag every evening, increasing chances on infection. So best avoided. Flawed idea. Should have had feedback from patients before launching.
