No one will see this, but ENOUGH ALREADY with the "crunchy bread". A lot of people are just making garbage bread that they over toast for youtube, or for completely odd reasons. I get it on an....... I dont know, meatball sub that is gonna be wrapped, and in that wrapping will be steam a bit, softening the bread by the time you get back home to eat it. But its generally unnecessary. You can make thick, able to handle a lot of ingredients, soft, seeded bread that someone with no teeth could even bite through and into.
