When you do please check if "old" pcie 3.0 ssds benefits from the platform upgrade One question, wouldn't it be better to wait for the new 16 core ryzen part that comes out soon, that way you can get much faster storage and your upgrade path when it comes to video cards is a little longer as you can advantage pcie 4.0 when new video cards that can use it hits the market, I'm disregarding the 5700 series from AMD as they would have been fine on 3.0 writing 4.0 on the box is pure marketing Great video as always
I think we all know the best value & performance PC is probably a PS2 running Linux. "Runs circles" around dual RTX 2080 Ti's and whatever GPU is in the Mac Pro. Nice vid by the way

To be honest ECC ram is worthwhile for a home server or a upgradeable NAS/SAN solution (non-entry level).
