I used to be on a paranormal team, maybe 10 years ago. I am a skeptical believer who wants to actually find true paranormal evidence. My team leader was a 40-ish year old guy who, although not as animated as these guys, acted much the same as these guys. Everything that happened, and some that didnt, was paranormal to him. After I left the team I stopped watching everything paranormal because I was disheartened by all the fakery. Fast forward to about 2 months ago I decided to start looking for paranormal investigators again. When I watched these guys I was only able to sit through maybe 20 seconds because they are way too loud, animated and overly excited over nothing. To me thats the first indication that they are fake. That is how I found your channel and watching your content gave me hope that there are still real investigators out there. When I investigated I only ever caught 1 EVP that I thought could be something. It was really impressive to me, It was clearly not on the same frequency as the rest of the sounds on the recording and the cadence of the voice was different from anyone else that was there. Why are today's investigators so wrapped up in that crap DR 60 (or whatever its called) when they can get possible real EVPs with better equipment. This is why I love channels like yours. I’m an “empath”/medium, I don’t like either of those terms necessarily but that’s what most people are familiar with. I prefer logical clairsentient. My whole life I’ve known things about people, had dreams that came true, had interactions with spirits (there was a woman who lived in my closet when I was little and we discovered there was a woman who killed herself in there). But I also know that there’s certain biases and logical explanations for things I might see as fantastic. I used to participate in paranormal ghost hunts & I finally disassociated myself from the group because they worked with another “empath” & she was so over the top and full of shit and the fact that they believed every off the wall attention seeking thing she said made it impossible for me to take them seriously. It was cartooony, campy and I felt like they included clown shoes with every trip we took. I use humor to deal with uncomfortable situations but every thing was a joke to them.

I always felt skeptical about TV ghost hunting shows and the RUclipsrs made it worse. We need more like you and the other few channels that do proper investigations. If it was this easy to get evidence of paranormal activity they ghosts would be a proven fact. Keep up the fantastic posts!

I used to think Twin Paranormal were legit. I liked how they were respectful to the spirits. After watching them for a while I began to have the occasional doubt and checked The Shape's videos on them as he was the only debunker I was aware of at the time. I still wasn't completely sure but then Nik left and they very rapidly crashed and burned. I began to see more and more issues until I couldn't deny their fakery and their childishness anymore. It's like they became a completely different team from the one I started watching. Watching Joe Vitale absolutely destroy their Munroe house video several months later confirmed I had made the right decision. Imo Nik saw the rot setting in and got out before it affected him. A group of people including myself were discussing this on another debunk video, it was either SEG or Joe Vitale, I think and a person claiming to be Nik's partner replied to us and basically confirmed that Nik and the twins had parted on bad terms and the twins were responsible for that.
Same. First few videos I was like oh they are a bit dramatic but respectful. Then all of a sudden it ramped up and every video was we almost died, demon. And it got to be too much. I feel a lot of channels ramped it up and got to be too much lately. Like they had a meeting and decided to just be super extra. I still like haunted nights, paranormal quest and Amy’s crypt. And to think I actually used to follow these guys ages ago, am so grateful I found out about Beardo. He does a brilliant job of debunking all these fake Channels.
My experience with ovilus type apps started with one back when I had an iPhone 3... so, I first tested them a while ago. One thing I noticed is that you can just shake your phone and it will start spitting out words. As we all probably know here, they generally spit out words based on input from the sensors on the device, with no rhyme or reason as to why any word would be assigned to any specific input. How would a spirit have any idea what word they are "choosing"? Yeah, the apps are junk. Sometimes you get something seemingly relevant, but you will get that if you just play random words for an hour while asking questions. Something is bound to seem like a response, especially when you play the interpretation game. Like, they could ask how someone died, it could say 'purple', then people like the Twins would be like "Purple? Wait, someone was strangled to death here, and they might have turned purple!"

I used to really like Twin Paranormal. Really didn’t like how they would ask for a certain amount of likes in order to do “more” at haunted locations. Then when Nick left I was like huh, maybe he left because of a disagreement or maybe they’re fake. Then they caught an “apparition” on camera, and it was so fucking fake I should have just stopped watching then. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, then I found The Shape. 😂

I used to be a follower of Twin Paranormal too, I thought at the time it was very strange how all of a sudden Nik disappeared. Then they changed and agree about the way they asked for more likes to return to locations. They became louder, Ryan seemed to be the one who liked to be in control too. Their so called investigations are nothing more than a big fat joke as far as I am concerned now. I have greatly scaled back who I follow these days, Amy's Crypt, Haunted Horizons and Paranormal Quest, maybe a couple of others, but as for all the others, I am so grateful that Beardo has shown them all up for what they are.

In my mind, they only have fun, they are NOT a p. Investigators ,they have fun like children but it is not made to take it seriously. There only boys that like to have fun,go to this places, when they capture something they wouldn't know, its a fun channel,not more not less u know what i mean. Yeah... their overuse of that app always turned me off, lol. I downloaded it and tried it in my house right now, which was built in the very early 1900's, but, I kept getting "1700s" "I lived here" "Graveyard", now, graveyard did kinda make me raise an eyebrow because I live right next to a cemetary, literally a block away on a hill. But whenever I'd ask a question, would just spout random words haha, so yeah I never thought they were legitimate.
I still can't believe anyone thinks this is real investigating - or even finds these 2 remotely entertaining. I called BS on these guys a long time ago but to enjoy the hell out of you doing these type of videos on them because your reactions to them crack me up......and I've needed something to make me laugh lately so i thank you for the agony of setting thru this because it made my day! And you're correct on the REM device - I have one I've had for 2 1/2 years that i thought was defective because it hardly ever did anything until one investigation where I may have actually gotten direct communication using it. It never went off like that before and i would ask for it to either go off or stop and it actually did when asking. Was it paranormal - I'll never say definitely but it was interesting how it reacted when I asked questions. They were definitely triggering it somehow just by the tone it was making.
I would've been annoyed if I'd been taken ill during an investigation and no-one was bothered to even help you up and outside. I actually felt sorry for Wyatt; you're right he genuinely looked unwell......not possessed. More likely a bad takeaway before filming 😉
I also should add, I was doing research last week on how to build any kind of device because that's all these devices seem like to me, simple home electronics projects. Came across a "manual" of sorts, somebodies instructions on how to build one. It included a Raspberry Pi that you had to pre-program the words into. That right there told me any of these "ghost box" or "spirit box" things could be programmed according to the location they are at, if they really wanted. It really clicked last night when I watched the twins most recent video, and it was giving such specific words to the location they were filming. Seemed very convenient, if they were indeed staging it - I believe they are. What was funny to me, was the camera that was pointed to the top of the stairs conveniently "shutting off", before the ball they had placed there was finally "pushed" down the stairs by the spirit. They just happened to be coaxing it to push it down the stairs as well, then it happened lol. But the camera just happened to shut off. However, it turned back on afterwards for a plethora of camera angles of the top of the stairs for the rest of the video lol. What do you think of their most recent video?
😂😂😂 Beardo....Am sinning you for not getting to the end The Spirit Talker thing.....mine did the same malfunction theirs did when they were at the Manson location. The only instance related to the app I have never been able to account for was after a visit to Beaumaris Castle in the daytime. On normal phone video I caught the monks chanting. Then while walking down the passage where the monks cells are above the chapel I called out to see if any spirit would chat. We did more videos then went back to the car. Listening back in the car at the point i called out, a man's voice replies in broken English " I can speak" then taps my phone because i didn't reply . A few nights later i put the Spirit Talker on at home, it said "I know you, I visit you"....then spoke words in Latin and Anglo Saxon! The words gave the background of some heinous acts that this person had commited. Does it ever speak in Latin and Anglo Saxon, or was it the spirit from the Castle? I will never know. Highly recommend you go do a paranormal investigation there. I will hopefully get back there some day 😊

Their electronic bollox they use goes off most likely because they are tampered with to they can remote control make the things go off. That makes more sense to me. They earn a lot of money out of their channel so they most likely pay to have the equipment modified so they can control them all.
Lucky for me, I must avoid flashing lights DT one past seizure. The film technique they use zoom in and out quickly has potential for visual injury. Slapped ham ALWAYS warns re flashing lights.

If you don’t know already YourNarrator is part of a RUclips group called The Boys. They occasionally go to haunted locations but are usually comedy. Their videos on said locations are usually respectful of the place and they keep most of their skits to the explanation and touring part of the video. If you can I would recommend watching their lighthouse video if you haven’t already. Anyways I hope you’re having a wonderful day despite this torture 😅

No this was more annoying to watch. The boys joke around but at some points they are serious in my opinion. Maybe they have faked stuff. But in this new one they definitely caught something. Plus the boys don't put annoying dramatic sounds in. But hey I'm only one person here on the Internet.
I have more respect for Paranormal investigators who operate with integrity and respect. These type of investigations give the whole community a bad press in my humble opinion and that’s a real shame for the genuine, respectful investigators that try to bring us real content…. 6:19 that's a Halloween animatronic that was sold at home Depot last year. It rips the teddy bears head off and the eyes change from normal white to demonic yellow when the voice goes demonic. There's one point in the video where they are in the attic and there's a little doll on a rocking horse which is also a Halloween decoration, and it was turned on so it's sound activated, and when they were being loud it activated and it scared them, and they tried turning it off but it wouldn't stop playing so he started freaking out and automatically assumed that the "haunted doll" sitting in the chair was causing it to not turn off. When really it's just, when these things are in the store they have a button attached to them, so when you turn it "off" it doesn't make the item stop, it still has to finish the activation, the switch just disables the sensor that's it. I grew up collecting Halloween animatronic and decorations I was so wishing to see your reaction to that. Old vintage Dolls in general have always creeped me out unless they were Halloween decorations. Anyways I remember when I first came across their channel they use to investigate people's houses it was a series called "a family nightmare" and "a paranormal Mystery" back then they seemed a lot more genuine they didn't freak out over every single word or sound, in fact in one of the videos there was a comment from the supposed person thanking them for their help, but when they went away from that now they only investigate abandoned buildings now they freak out over every little thing. You'd think that sense they've been doing this for so long they would become more numb to it and not react so dramatically over the smallest things. Sometimes I wonder if they genuinely believe every word that comes out, sense they seem to not understand how things work. Like the phrase from that dumby prop that he accidentally activated, how he linked the phrase to the whole investigation, which again is another animatronic I know about that has absolutely nothing to do with any of it, it's just one of the 3 phrases it has. One time at a grocery store I worked at, the automatic doors, which has a sensor kept opening and closing constantly, some employees were saying 'oh this store is haunted" I know they were probably messing around but you'd never be able to convince me that it's a ghost making it do that I just said "the sensor or electronics is just malfunctioning" the same thing happens with Halloween animatronics all the time. There was also a time when I was a kid I was at one of my parents friends house who the husband had a lot of old antique toys and the wife had a room full of Barbies and dolls, and I remember me and my sister went in that room alone and at some point we heard a high pitch squeeling/screaming sound we both heard it looked at each other and ran out scared, we didn't go back in. That's really the closest thing I can think of from having a "paranormal" experience, but was it? Probably not, there was probably a explanation, it's not like we took the time to figure it out and we were little kids, and we just didn't like the room in general we were creeped out the whole time, and when youre scared and in a room that's so quiet you'll hear every little sound and because you're already scared you'll have a over reaction and sometimes you hear things that aren't even really there. There were times I watched all these channels and believed a lot of this stuff because I don't know how all the equipment they used really worked because I've never used it nor cared to, but I know how all animatronics work because I grew up with it all. i just found these videos interesting, watching them, but I didn't know what was real or not because I've always been open minded and like to see everyone's point of view on their opinions on what they believe, I'm not exclusive to one opinion. Like I believe paranormal is real because I know some people have experienced things but I myself have never really experienced anything, I'd be too scared if I were to encounter something paranornal and just in general explore abandoned dark places, but nothing online really scares me. I'm always curious about hearing what all could be out there, but even with religion and stuff there's so many different stories/experiences and after awhile none of it makes sense because everyone's different stories dont line up so it makes you really think and wonder. I believe there's gotta be some type of after life/other dimension out there, it's fun to theorize, but it's not something that can actually ever be 100% proven in the physical world of there is. I always thought it was strange when people do videos about Robert the doll how everyone in the comments are like "I'm sorry for looking at you without your permission" like they will be cursed through the screen if the dont. like if that doll really is that haunted I don't think apologizing in a comment section on a video is going to do anything. It never made sense, when I was a kid in 5th grade we read about the story and I remember it saying you can't "take a picture of it without it's permission" nothing about you can't look at him, so I don't know how that came into play. Granted when I read the story and saw a picture of it, it traumatized me because of how it looked. haunted or not its really the only thing I've seen that still freaks me out just with how it looks. I've always tried to avoid looking at it but as I've watched paranormal videos it has popped up sometimes but even with always having a fear of that thing I've never been over dramatic enough to put a comment on a RUclips video apologizing for seeing it like wtf. Even when people comment on a paranormal investigation video or just a video of someone talking about demons you'll see a bunch of comments like 'i claim no negativity energy through this video". Like stop you're not going to get haunted from watching a video. The ghost isn't gonna travel from the video through your phone to your house. These Paranormal channels have caused a lot of confusion for me. They make it seem like Hauntings are so common, when I've really never experienced anything that could say for sure, and they make it seem like basically if you die in a certain building, your spirit stays there and can't move on, or you're spirit can get trapped in an inanimate object and tbh for awhile that was kinda scaring me because I would then start to get worried that one day I'll move into a house that's haunted by a demonic entity of some kind, and if I die my spirit will reside in the house or in a object forever which is too sinister for me lol. I like to believe the Christian religion, but these Paranormal videos kinda always messed it up because it's said when you die you either go to heaven or hell, but all these haunted places when using the spirit talk apps they claim to be talking to the spirit/person that once lived there 200-1000 years ago and they are still there now, like why, if that's true why does it seem like no spirit has went to either heaven or hell and they are all still here floating around in the same area they died in, or it's some demonic entity pretending to be that person. These debunking channels kinda calmed that all down because again you explained all this equipment failures and how it works, but now it really does make me wonder what is really real or if it is? Again no way to really know until that time comes if it is. so until then I'm open to heàr anyones experiences or theories.
So, here's my story, I will respond with a long comment, because I just read one. I thought it was interesting. So I'll respond. I've lost many people over the years, my best friend, who was the brother of my first ever girlfriend, they both died in a car accident when I was 16. I always searched for answer, but never found anything. Later in life, at 27, I lost another girlfriend that I was living with for 4 years, that was in 2004. She "unsubscribed from life" while I was gone outside of the country for work. I also searched for answer, it deeply affected me. She was 22. But I got nothing, but many, many dream about all these people, I still do, but nothing more. In 2017, I started getting sick. I had a auto-immune liver cirrhosis, and when I got to the hospital, I was in the 4th stage and nothing could be done, besides getting à transplant, or die. During this time, I had many hemorrhagic bleeding of the oesophagus, and died for 5 minutes, the first time, but my brain was still working properly . The second time it happened in the ambulance, and my brain did stopped for about 4 minutes, and I was clinically dead for 11 minutes. I had to learn to speak and walk again, and didn't knew the names of my loved ones anymore, but I recognised them. I waited almost a full year, then I got the call, and got a transplant. It was 2020. I then got better, and was asked by many people what happens when I died. And honestly, I don't remember anything. Just like if I was asleep. Nothing at all. I didn't saw anything or anyone. So that's my experience. I'm 51 now, and I was so decived by false hope, sold to me by charlatans, that I assume there's nothing. I don't fear death, because I can't fear nothingness. I just do my best, so the people who knew me will remember the person I was after I'm not here anymore. My current girlfriend believe in pagan religion. I do participate with her, but I don't believe in anything anymore. Humans are intelligent animals, and that's it. This is the conclusions I came to find. I do believe that the paranormal is produced by the living, like poltergeist. The brain is a very powerful, very mysterious thing that isn't fully understood yet. I don't pretend this is the ultimate truth, I don't have that kind of hubris, but this is what I can tell by my experience. That's why it's called "believing" if there would be factual proofs, it would be called "knowing". If it's what being dead mean, and from what I've seen it is, then I accept that. Being a very "matter of fact" kind of guy, I sincerely think death is like before we were born. Everything else are stories, nothing more. If people want to believe in something else, good for them. I'm just not able to. I deeply despise the people who give grieving people false hope, because I've seen how they do. The lies and déception contributed à lot to what I currently believe, and what I've lived through only confirmed this in my mind. I know many people had a different experience, some saw loved ones, some saw à light, and felt many things, but I didn't. I didn't have any experience outside the dreams. Very realistic dreams, but it might be my brain, because these people, they never left me. There's not a day that pass without thinking about them. Especially when I was, on both occasions, the one that picked them up, if I can say that. The car accident, I was in the car just behind them, I saw the crash, and the results, (my friends lost control and hit à logging truck head on at 120km or 80mph) I'm the one that came to my house and found my girlfriend on the sofa, she wasn't alive for 2 days. Obviously, these event are deeply carved in my mind forever. I've many "what if" that will be forever unanswered. And it's not the make believe, fakery and fortune teller that will give me the answer. What happens after doesn't matter, it's what you do during your life, who you choose to be that's important. What happens after, in my case, is now irrelevant. Sorry for the bad English and grammar, I'm used to speak and write in french or german. I hope you can understand.

Saying that Twin Paranormal seem like decent guys is just completely ignoring all of the disrespectful shit they've done and the copyright strikes they've thrown at people for covering their content. And yeah. They are 28 but they look like they're in their late 30s and yet act like 15 year olds. 11:25 an extra sin for everytime they repeat what they've heard or draw attention to some event that we all already know about and are like "OH MY GOD, DUUUUUUUDE!" and they lose their shit. Any real investigator who has been on that many investigations wouldn't be amazed by every single "response". Just one thing. There are no "rules" to possessions because Possessions are drama. Made up. As far back as human history goes: they were typically just moments of psychosis or other mental illnesses. Some cultures viewed possessions as things that would cause you to disappear and be replaced with a facsimile. There are genuinely no rules. Anything can be a possession. That's why any and all claims of Possession can be discounted off hand.
Something not a lot of people know about REM pods is that if you have a walkie talkie in their vicinity, you can cause it to activate 100% of the time. Great vids my guy!

I used to be on a paranormal team, maybe 10 years ago. I am a skeptical believer who wants to actually find true paranormal evidence. My team leader was a 40-ish year old guy who, although not as animated as these guys, acted much the same as these guys. Everything that happened, and some that didnt, was paranormal to him. After I left the team I stopped watching everything paranormal because I was disheartened by all the fakery. Fast forward to about 2 months ago I decided to start looking for paranormal investigators again. When I watched these guys I was only able to sit through maybe 20 seconds because they are way too loud, animated and overly excited over nothing. To me thats the first indication that they are fake. That is how I found your channel and watching your content gave me hope that there are still real investigators out there. When I investigated I only ever caught 1 EVP that I thought could be something. It was really impressive to me, It was clearly not on the same frequency as the rest of the sounds on the recording and the cadence of the voice was different from anyone else that was there. Why are today's investigators so wrapped up in that crap DR 60 (or whatever its called) when they can get possible real EVPs with better equipment. This is why I love channels like yours. You dont mince words, you call it like it is and you explain things and how they work or dont work. Keep up the good work. Much love to you Beardo, Mrs Geek and all the weirdos. I’m an “empath”/medium, I don’t like either of those terms necessarily but that’s what most people are familiar with. I prefer logical clairsentient. My whole life I’ve known things about people, had dreams that came true, had interactions with spirits (there was a woman who lived in my closet when I was little and we discovered there was a woman who killed herself in there). But I also know that there’s certain biases and logical explanations for things I might see as fantastic. I used to participate in paranormal ghost hunts & I finally disassociated myself from the group because they worked with another “empath” & she was so over the top and full of shit and the fact that they believed every off the wall attention seeking thing she said made it impossible for me to take them seriously. It was cartooony, campy and I felt like they included clown shoes with every trip we took. I use humor to deal with uncomfortable situations but every thing was a joke to them.

Its so stupid they use apps, ofc normal ghost hunting device are not believable but an app is so stupid.

I used to think Twin Paranormal were legit. I liked how they were respectful to the spirits. After watching them for a while I began to have the occasional doubt and checked The Shape's videos on them as he was the only debunker I was aware of at the time.
I still wasn't completely sure but then Nik left and they very rapidly crashed and burned. I began to see more and more issues until I couldn't deny their fakery and their childishness anymore. It's like they became a completely different team from the one I started watching.
Watching Joe Vitale absolutely destroy their Munroe house video several months later confirmed I had made the right decision.
Imo Nik saw the rot setting in and got out before it affected him.

My experience with ovilus type apps started with one back when I had an iPhone 3... so, I first tested them a while ago. One thing I noticed is that you can just shake your phone and it will start spitting out words. As we all probably know here, they generally spit out words based on input from the sensors on the device, with no rhyme or reason as to why any word would be assigned to any specific input. How would a spirit have any idea what word they are "choosing"?
Yeah, the apps are junk. Sometimes you get something seemingly relevant, but you will get that if you just play random words for an hour while asking questions. Something is bound to seem like a response, especially when you play the interpretation game. Like, they could ask how someone died, it could say 'purple', then people like the Twins would be like "Purple? Wait, someone was strangled to death here, and they might have turned purple!"

Then they changed and agree about the way they asked for more likes to return to locations. They became louder, Ryan seemed to be the one who liked to be in control too. Their so called investigations are nothing more than a big fat joke as far as I am concerned now. I have greatly scaled back who I follow these days, Amy's Crypt, Haunted Horizons and Paranormal Quest, maybe a couple of others, but as for all the others, I am so grateful that Beardo has shown them all up for what they are.
I don't really know who this Nick/Nik is but they've always been unbearable.

And you're correct on the REM device - I have one I've had for 2 1/2 years that i thought was defective because it hardly ever did anything until one investigation where I may have actually gotten direct communication using it. It never went off like that before and i would ask for it to either go off or stop and it actually did when asking. Was it paranormal - I'll never say definitely but it was interesting how it reacted when I asked questions. They were definitely triggering it somehow just by the tone it was making.
I would've been annoyed if I'd been taken ill during an investigation and no-one was bothered to even help you up and outside. I actually felt sorry for Wyatt; you're right he genuinely looked unwell......not possessed. More likely a bad takeaway before filming 😉

I also should add, I was doing research last week on how to build any kind of device because that's all these devices seem like to me, simple home electronics projects. Came across a "manual" of sorts, somebodies instructions on how to build one. It included a Raspberry Pi that you had to pre-program the words into. That right there told me any of these "ghost box" or "spirit box" things could be programmed according to the location they are at, if they really wanted.
It really clicked last night when I watched the twins most recent video, and it was giving such specific words to the location they were filming. Seemed very convenient, if they were indeed staging it - I believe they are.
What was funny to me, was the camera that was pointed to the top of the stairs conveniently "shutting off", before the ball they had placed there was finally "pushed" down the stairs by the spirit. They just happened to be coaxing it to push it down the stairs as well, then it happened lol. But the camera just happened to shut off. However, it turned back on afterwards for a plethora of camera angles of the top of the stairs for the rest of the video lol.

The Spirit Talker thing.....mine did the same malfunction theirs did when they were at the Manson location.
The only instance related to the app I have never been able to account for was after a visit to Beaumaris Castle in the daytime.
On normal phone video I caught the monks chanting. Then while walking down the passage where the monks cells are above the chapel I called out to see if any spirit would chat. We did more videos then went back to the car. Listening back in the car at the point i called out, a man's voice replies in broken English " I can speak" then taps my phone because i didn't reply .
A few nights later i put the Spirit Talker on at home, it said "I know you, I visit you"....then spoke words in Latin and Anglo Saxon! The words gave the background of some heinous acts that this person had commited. Does it ever speak in Latin and Anglo Saxon, or was it the spirit from the Castle? I will never know. Highly recommend you go do a paranormal investigation there. I will hopefully get back there some day 😊

Their electronic bollox they use goes off most likely because they are tampered with to they can remote control make the things go off. That makes more sense to me. They earn a lot of money out of their channel so they most likely pay to have the equipment modified so they can control them all.

If you don’t know already YourNarrator is part of a RUclips group called The Boys. They occasionally go to haunted locations but are usually comedy. Their videos on said locations are usually respectful of the place and they keep most of their skits to the explanation and touring part of the video. If you can I would recommend watching their lighthouse video if you haven’t already. Anyways I hope you’re having a wonderful day despite this torture 😅

No this was more annoying to watch. The boys joke around but at some points they are serious in my opinion. Maybe they have faked stuff. But in this new one they definitely caught something. Plus the boys don't put annoying dramatic sounds in. But hey I'm only one person here on the Internet.

6:19 that's a Halloween animatronic that was sold at home Depot last year. It rips the teddy bears head off and the eyes change from normal white to demonic yellow when the voice goes demonic.
There's one point in the video where they are in the attic and there's a little doll on a rocking horse which is also a Halloween decoration, and it was turned on so it's sound activated, and when they were being loud it activated and it scared them, and they tried turning it off but it wouldn't stop playing so he started freaking out and automatically assumed that the "haunted doll" sitting in the chair was causing it to not turn off. When really it's just, when these things are in the store they have a button attached to them, so when you turn it "off" it doesn't make the item stop, it still has to finish the activation, the switch just disables the sensor that's it. I grew up collecting Halloween animatronic and decorations
I was so wishing to see your reaction to that. Old vintage Dolls in general have always creeped me out unless they were Halloween decorations.
Anyways I remember when I first came across their channel they use to investigate people's houses it was a series called "a family nightmare" and "a paranormal Mystery" back then they seemed a lot more genuine they didn't freak out over every single word or sound, in fact in one of the videos there was a comment from the supposed person thanking them for their help, but when they went away from that now they only investigate abandoned buildings now they freak out over every little thing. You'd think that sense they've been doing this for so long they would become more numb to it and not react so dramatically over the smallest things. Sometimes I wonder if they genuinely believe every word that comes out, sense they seem to not understand how things work. Like the phrase from that dumby prop that he accidentally activated, how he linked the phrase to the whole investigation, which again is another animatronic I know about that has absolutely nothing to do with any of it, it's just one of the 3 phrases it has.
One time at a grocery store I worked at, the automatic doors, which has a sensor kept opening and closing constantly, some employees were saying 'oh this store is haunted" I know they were probably messing around but you'd never be able to convince me that it's a ghost making it do that I just said "the sensor or electronics is just malfunctioning" the same thing happens with Halloween animatronics all the time. There was also a time when I was a kid I was at one of my parents friends house who the husband had a lot of old antique toys and the wife had a room full of Barbies and dolls, and I remember me and my sister went in that room alone and at some point we heard a high pitch squeeling/screaming sound we both heard it looked at each other and ran out scared, we didn't go back in. That's really the closest thing I can think of from having a "paranormal" experience, but was it? Probably not, there was probably a explanation, it's not like we took the time to figure it out and we were little kids, and we just didn't like the room in general we were creeped out the whole time, and when youre scared and in a room that's so quiet you'll hear every little sound and because you're already scared you'll have a over reaction and sometimes you hear things that aren't even really there.
There were times I watched all these channels and believed a lot of this stuff because I don't know how all the equipment they used really worked because I've never used it nor cared to, but I know how all animatronics work because I grew up with it all. i just found these videos interesting, watching them, but I didn't know what was real or not because I've always been open minded and like to see everyone's point of view on their opinions on what they believe, I'm not exclusive to one opinion. Like I believe paranormal is real because I know some people have experienced things but I myself have never really experienced anything, I'd be too scared if I were to encounter something paranornal and just in general explore abandoned dark places, but nothing online really scares me. I'm always curious about hearing what all could be out there, but even with religion and stuff there's so many different stories/experiences and after awhile none of it makes sense because everyone's different stories dont line up so it makes you really think and wonder. I believe there's gotta be some type of after life/other dimension out there, it's fun to theorize, but it's not something that can actually ever be 100% proven in the physical world of there is. I always thought it was strange when people do videos about Robert the doll how everyone in the comments are like "I'm sorry for looking at you without your permission" like they will be cursed through the screen if the dont. like if that doll really is that haunted I don't think apologizing in a comment section on a video is going to do anything. It never made sense, when I was a kid in 5th grade we read about the story and I remember it saying you can't "take a picture of it without it's permission" nothing about you can't look at him, so I don't know how that came into play. Granted when I read the story and saw a picture of it, it traumatized me because of how it looked. haunted or not its really the only thing I've seen that still freaks me out just with how it looks. I've always tried to avoid looking at it but as I've watched paranormal videos it has popped up sometimes but even with always having a fear of that thing I've never been over dramatic enough to put a comment on a RUclips video apologizing for seeing it like wtf. Even when people comment on a paranormal investigation video or just a video of someone talking about demons you'll see a bunch of comments like 'i claim no negativity energy through this video". Like stop you're not going to get haunted from watching a video. The ghost isn't gonna travel from the video through your phone to your house.
These Paranormal channels have caused a lot of confusion for me. They make it seem like Hauntings are so common, when I've really never experienced anything that could say for sure, and they make it seem like basically if you die in a certain building, your spirit stays there and can't move on, or you're spirit can get trapped in an inanimate object and tbh for awhile that was kinda scaring me because I would then start to get worried that one day I'll move into a house that's haunted by a demonic entity of some kind, and if I die my spirit will reside in the house or in a object forever which is too sinister for me lol. I like to believe the Christian religion, but these Paranormal videos kinda always messed it up because it's said when you die you either go to heaven or hell, but all these haunted places when using the spirit talk apps they claim to be talking to the spirit/person that once lived there 200-1000 years ago and they are still there now, like why, if that's true why does it seem like no spirit has went to either heaven or hell and they are all still here floating around in the same area they died in, or it's some demonic entity pretending to be that person. These debunking channels kinda calmed that all down because again you explained all this equipment failures and how it works, but now it really does make me wonder what is really real or if it is? Again no way to really know until that time comes if it is. so until then I'm open to heàr anyones experiences or theories.

So, here's my story, I will respond with a long comment, because I just read one. I thought it was interesting. So I'll respond.
I've lost many people over the years, my best friend, who was the brother of my first ever girlfriend, they both died in a car accident when I was 16. I always searched for answer, but never found anything.
Later in life, at 27, I lost another girlfriend that I was living with for 4 years, that was in 2004. She "unsubscribed from life" while I was gone outside of the country for work. I also searched for answer, it deeply affected me. She was 22.
But I got nothing, but many, many dream about all these people, I still do, but nothing more.
In 2017, I started getting sick. I had a auto-immune liver cirrhosis, and when I got to the hospital, I was in the 4th stage and nothing could be done, besides getting à transplant, or die.
During this time, I had many hemorrhagic bleeding of the oesophagus, and died for 5 minutes, the first time, but my brain was still working properly . The second time it happened in the ambulance, and my brain did stopped for about 4 minutes, and I was clinically dead for 11 minutes. I had to learn to speak and walk again, and didn't knew the names of my loved ones anymore, but I recognised them. I waited almost a full year, then I got the call, and got a transplant. It was 2020.
I then got better, and was asked by many people what happens when I died. And honestly, I don't remember anything. Just like if I was asleep. Nothing at all. I didn't saw anything or anyone. So that's my experience. I'm 51 now, and I was so decived by false hope, sold to me by charlatans, that I assume there's nothing. I don't fear death, because I can't fear nothingness.
I just do my best, so the people who knew me will remember the person I was after I'm not here anymore.
My current girlfriend believe in pagan religion. I do participate with her, but I don't believe in anything anymore. Humans are intelligent animals, and that's it. This is the conclusions I came to find.
I do believe that the paranormal is produced by the living, like poltergeist. The brain is a very powerful, very mysterious thing that isn't fully understood yet.
I don't pretend this is the ultimate truth, I don't have that kind of hubris, but this is what I can tell by my experience. That's why it's called "believing" if there would be factual proofs, it would be called "knowing". If it's what being dead mean, and from what I've seen it is, then I accept that.
Being a very "matter of fact" kind of guy, I sincerely think death is like before we were born. Everything else are stories, nothing more.
If people want to believe in something else, good for them. I'm just not able to. I deeply despise the people who give grieving people false hope, because I've seen how they do. The lies and déception contributed à lot to what I currently believe, and what I've lived through only confirmed this in my mind. I know many people had a different experience, some saw loved ones, some saw à light, and felt many things, but I didn't. I didn't have any experience outside the dreams. Very realistic dreams, but it might be my brain, because these people, they never left me. There's not a day that pass without thinking about them. Especially when I was, on both occasions, the one that picked them up, if I can say that. The car accident, I was in the car just behind them, I saw the crash, and the results, (my friends lost control and hit à logging truck head on at 120km or 80mph) I'm the one that came to my house and found my girlfriend on the sofa, she wasn't alive for 2 days. Obviously, these event are deeply carved in my mind forever. I've many "what if" that will be forever unanswered. And it's not the make believe, fakery and fortune teller that will give me the answer. What happens after doesn't matter, it's what you do during your life, who you choose to be that's important. What happens after, in my case, is now irrelevant.
