I’ve always wanted to study at a coffee shop like Starbucks but I don’t know if it would be a suitable environment for me.but I do enjoy studying in different environments just so studying doesn’t become so boring for me. Do you feel as though a coffee shop is a good choice for every student?
I mean we all have our individual preferences. When I went there it was a completely productive environment. Everyone who was sitting down was doing work. It felt nice to be apart of that. I put on my headphones & played classical music studied. Personally It was a nice feeling & a nice change from studying at my desk or in the library. I can’t speak for every study but it really was a 10/10 experience for me. As for you I would recommend trying out different places to see where you study best. Some people prefer studying at the beach, or the park, even at the mall. It’s really up to the person & what the like. I have faith that you’ll find what you like 🫶🏽
I’m taking it now. I would recommend those tips from that video as well as 1 - Refresh your knowledge from math 140 because the course seems heavily similar to math 140 2- a lot of practice with mathematical modeling just to get the hang of it and become familiar with the questions 3- reserve time to study each week as we go, don’t wait until the final exam to study everything. Study a bit of what we did as we go We’re still early in the course so I can’t say all the tips that I would recommend
I saw a previous comment on here asking for tips so I thought I would pitch in. I’m on my second try for 048 this summer, been feeling very discouraged. Although this is the basics and I know I have 140 I just can’t get the hang of this. Do you have any tips or references to channels or websites that do the same concepts as 048 at ub?

I know you did tips for math 140, Idk if you’ve taken this class but I’m doing math 163 this summer, do you have any tips?
