Past queens have implied that, even for the same runway, different prompts were given to different queens (I'm sorry I can't recall the queens who said it, it might have been for an international version). That's why sometimes there will be 2-3 outfits that look completely inappropriate for the prompt. Production did it just to add the possibility of a storyline. I wish a contestant would publish a list of the prompts they were given for the whole season. 🖤
