If you search on youtube "tokyogurashi" you can find it (it's the one with the buff men thumbnail)
As far as I know it doesn't have a full version, since it was an April Fools joke related to a visual novel called Tokyo Necro

Bro you Really have too check the galneryus songs specially The 4 newer albums. The 1# in this is not even in their top 20 songs in my opinion. And you will see how beast of a Singer he actually is(he is 55 now XD) . And all of the members in this band are top tier (they are Really underrated)
