Good video on this new web part. I've been using the Embed web part for Stream videos. It gives you the option of removing the video title overlay, which I prefer to do. One thing I would like to see back in Stream on SharePoint, is the ability to trim videos. At the moment you can only trim Stream recordings when you first make them.
