X: Unmei no Tatakai [PS1] - play as Karen

===== About Karen =====
I know absolutely nothing about the manga/anime, but Karen looks to be one of those 'classy woman' type designs. If you play as her in this game, you will be seeing her legs a lot.
As you can tell from the video, her power is obviously fire, and she uses it pretty well. The Fire Whip is a fast move when you get the hang of it, and the Fire Burst acts as a good surprise trap for opponents that like to rush in close. She seems to be quite speedy in her movement as well.
===== About the game =====
X: Unmei no Tatakai's gameplay is clearly based on Psychic Force 2's... and from what I can see, the mechanics appear to be identical.
As mentioned earlier, I have no idea on what the manga/anime itself is like, but I would imagine that the supernatural genre of it suits this style of gameplay perfectly. The characters are depicted very well in 3D.
X: Unmei no Tatakai is certainly one of the more different one-on-one 'fighting games'... as you can see, you fight in the air at all times using mainly projectiles. In order to be 'good' at this game (which I am not), you definitely need to be alert at all times, block accordingly, maneuver well and evade well. Those opponent projectiles come at you fast, do not think for one second that you are safe even if you are far away!
