i work at a beauty clinic where we treat women with skin problems and the most common one our clients have is rosacea. ^^ this video seemed quite good with very important points (like no harshness in products and avoiding big temperature changes). the most important things though are the points 5 & 6 in DO’s and 2 & 3 in DON’Ts. :) if you don’t strengthten and protect your skin and blood vessels, the rosacea wont fade away/get cured even if you ate all the good foods in the world. one small tip for the sauna fanatics! use a moisturizing mask during the sauna so the temperature doesn’t affect your skin too much and keeps the sweat off of your pores. and shower mildly warmly afterwards so no hot to cold to hot craziness ^^’
Good video. Surprised you didn’t mention the red butterfly rash on the face that is caused by the Autoimmune disorder Lupus. Important to know for those who may not know they have this condition and very important to go to the Dr.

Yeah! Spicy food and big changes in temperature always caused my rosacea to flare up. Also harsh ingredients in skincare products and soaps irritated my skin to the point where I was only using water to clean my face and it wasn't enough! I was told by my doctor that there was no cure but he was wrong and I told him so much to his unease. I use proskin rosacea and all I now get on my cheeks and nose when there is a flare up is a slight pink tinge which only I notice. It is like the cream has thickened my skin and rebuilt it after the old skin shed away like a snake. I know this won't work for everyone but I thought I should mention it.
I live in Finland, the land of saunas. We also have 4 seasons, winters can be really cold like -30celsius. People like to go to the hot sauna and then outside to cool down and back to sauna. That's one reason we have rosacea. But we love sauna❤

I thought it was acne my whole life😭. Now I know why my face is always sooo redddd .... and I get made fun of for it!😤😫😭. (Btw I’m only 12😬). This video was soooo helpfulll thank you thank you thank you thank you !!❤️

I'll have to try mulberry tea in particular! And i didn't know that peppermint oil could be bad for redness. Do you guys know if chlorine (Like in pools) is really bad for the skin or not? Now that it's summertime, my exercise has been less cycling and more swimming, but I'm worried it could hurt my skin.

👽👽Is citric acid an AHA? Some of my skincare products have citric acid later in the ingredient list. 🛸🛸Also, what if I live in a cold and dry place like Calgary, Canada? Sometimes it can be -40s C and it's not an excuse to not go to school or work and such. should I be moisturizing more than somebody in a less cold wintery place or a more humid place?

Azelaic acid helps a lot too. I got it from The Ordinary and my skins has calmed down since the first application.

Last year, i read skincare have snail,aloe vera,niacinamide,green tea,rose,galactomyces ferment can help to treat rosacea.
