      It's not where he is supposed to work. He is a Senator. House speaker Burns banned him from the House not the Senate. Moore was physical with the door guard for at least 5. minutes before this happened, this is a shorter clip. He threatened the day before to make a scene during the state of the Union address by Governor Kemp who is also a Republican. He was banned by the Republican caucus and he is a Republican. Lucky he wasn't charged with felony assault.

Look at how he moves, listen to the time in his voice, and watch the blank expressions of his face. This dude probably tortured animals when he was a kid. All around American thing to do, we produce a lot of serial killers and deranged people that don't understand cerebral and complex things like politics. It's not rocket science. That's his side of the story. Everyone else it differently, you should too. When something's too good to be true, it usually is. This dudes just playing off your ignorance to make a career for himself. Freedom, especially freedom of speech, isn't what you think it is. It's original meaning that it held for most of the last 250 years changed in recent years. People think the right to free speech means the right to be heard. Ain't no such thing. In this instance he was charged with obstruction, for attempting to disrupt the state address. That's what he did. The free speech management in fact means there are no speech laws on the books to even enforce. He could've stood there speaking, no one listening to him, and his voice would've been perfectly free. But he chose to push and shove and attempted to disrupt the address, so he FAFO. This man is mentally ill at best, or at worst, has some other sort of disability that's affecting his cognition, or he's just dumb as a brick. Either way, his constituents deserve a better representative, he's not up for the simple job of showing up and being a grown adult.

      It was a state address by the governor. There was no job for him to do. He was attempting to disrupt the address and making a scene deliberately, in order to trick fools like you into thinking democracy free speech is under threat. How could he possibly be jailed for speech when, per the constitution, there are no laws on the books for speech lol. You folks really need to sit through at least a 30 minute basic civics class before you go thinking you know anything about anything. The right to free speech doesn't mean you have the right to be heard. His constituents,for their right to representation, deserve better. This dude needs meds and a straight jacket, and definitely needs to stop being worshipped as a hero. People like him are destroying this country by lying to you and convincing you that you have rights that do t actually exist. There is no right to be heard. And if our institutions can't enforce their own rules and norms, then democracy is over already, grifters line this guy are just the symptom of what's already lost. Censorship has always been legal, btw. I don't know about the technicality of him not being allowed to perform the basic duties of his role as a representative, but most of his yes or no votes would be inconsequential the vast majority of the time. He didn’t fall he was pushed down for filling his civil duties and then got arrested for that… every single person in this video is going to be arrested and lose their job the deputies and the doorman. This Senator conducted himself very professionally and very calmly as he was being manhandled, grabbed, swung around and pushed to the floor.

      The rinos there hate him because he backed trump. The speaker of the house told him he would have him arrested if he came there. But I don't know why, but they have done everything they can to him.

    • @xuexxiong
      @xuexxiong 18 часов назад +1

      Last year when the speaker of the house died, he said some disrespectful this about the speaker. So the new speaker and all the representatives passed something, that said Moore wasn’t allowed in the house anymore. He is a state senator so it doesn’t impact his voting or job at all because he works in the senate chamber. Everyone was just in the house chamber to hear Kemp give a little speech. Nothing was voted on or anything important happened.

    Yeah. Go look at this guy's history. FAFO.
    I get it that he may have had legitimate concerns about the former house speaker, but he raised these concerns during the ceremonial unveiling of the former speakers portrait. That's the equivalent of shitting on a casket. You can have opinions about someone, no problem, you can air them too, bit of you're going to be disruptive, disrespectful, just to make a name for yourself and get attention, yeah, everyone sees through it. That's why he's banned. He's the one with the problem. Furthermore, if you look at today's address, it was the state of the state address. That doesn't require any participation from him. He was likely seeking to enter in order to be disruptive and raise his grievances again. Maybe if he could let go of his perceived grievances then he could get through this. Dude does not seem like a mentally healthy individual.

    Trump needs to do something if he is elected senator and house was having session he should be able to at least sit in just like we can sit in on court cases and banished over painting yet the citizens still voted to elect him and fat boy door keeper well he had no rights to play security guard probably doesn’t hold any certificates and should have let the troopers hand security instead of putting his hands on people violently that’s a good civil lawsuit 😂

    Unlawful arrest. Sue the governor, the house, the state police, the sergeant at arms, all are criminally culpable. I believe it's a law in all or most states that it illegal to prevent or obstruct a legislator from attending a scheduled session as well as them being exempt fro arrest or detention while en route to a scheduled session. SUE!
