Hi! I want to plan and create new trekking route as a part of itinerary for my guest and want to share it online with the team of participants. Please tell me what is the best and easy method to create the trails.?
Hi Anurag You have asked a very good question :) For most of the treks that we run as Indiahikes, you will see the option to download the file directly from our trek documentation pages. Just as an example, you will see on the Kedarkantha trek page - indiahikes.com/kedarkantha-trek Our trek leaders and trekkers mark the file which can be used. You will see this option soon coming up for most of our trek pages. If you are browsing through our Trek Library, you will see them inside our documentation towards the end - indiahikes.com/do-it-yourself-treks You do have other sources like Alltrails or other online places. However, the key thing missing is a well-marked trail with good details of waypoints added to them.
Hi Hruthik, you can download the gpx file from our trek pages. For example, if you're looking for Deoriatal Chandrashila gpx file, you can find it next to quick itinerary section in Pro-Tips : indiahikes.com/deoriatal-chandrashila-trek#quick-itinerary
