Aw that’s unfortunate M8. It’s never good losing a Koi no matter. I also ordered a Fish from same Grow & Show. I have not received mine yet as my Temperature on Monday was 5.2. Hopefully be able to get it sent in the next few weeks. Thanks for sharing the great content as well as the bad . Keep up the great work 👍🐟
Still gutted about it but I did everything I could. Just real bad luck. Hopefully you manage to get yours soon. I forget how cold it's been and what temps it would be without my heater. Weather is picking up though so sure you will get it soon
Ahh man, its just something we dont expect to happen with new koi. I have one in the grow and show too, for the money they are very small showa's indeed 😏
Proper gutted but like you say, it's a bit too small for the main pond really, unless you get a few so they can shoal together it was always going to end up being stressed
It's a real shame. Just pure bad luck. But yeah other fish are doing well. Ochiba grew well last year. She's over 60cm now, hopefully she carries on growing this year 🤞
It's a real shame but done everything I could. Lesson learned. Jump gauds need to go on when the covers come off. Hopefully the rest of my fish continue to grow well this summer
You are right. 22fish in 2200 gallons is already alot. Wasn't an issue when they were small but there all growing so quick. Some will have to go later in the year for sure
That's not a bad shout mate. Either that or buy another 1 or 2 small ones so they can shoal together. Think 1 on its own will just freak out. Your fancy goldfish tank is more than big enough for it for a couple of months
Still gutted but did all I could. If I move the yamabuki on I'll give you first shout. Won't be for a few months yet anyway. I'm heated to 17 so couldn't go to anyone unheated at the moment anyway
I'm not 100% sure yet. Will perhaps put out a post to see what interest there is. I'll be honest, I'm not going to be feeding coppens to my fish this year. So not sure how I feel about selling it if I'm not using it.
Bad luck Danny, the rest of your fish look fantastic.
Thanks. Real shame about that one. But the rest are all doing good. Hopefully they grow well this season

It's a massive shame mate again I'm sorry for your loss. 🥺 Your other fish though are looking amazing I love your massive orchiba 👍
It's a real shame. Just pure bad luck.

@@dannycurrie1 yeh she's a monster and her pattern and colours are mint 👍
It always hurts when you loose a fish through no fault of your own but you did what you could for it. The rest of your fish are looking great. 👍🏻
It's a real shame but done everything I could. Lesson learned. Jump gauds need to go on when the covers come off. Hopefully the rest of my fish continue to grow well this summer
Gutted for you 😢 it's never easy loosing a fish.
Chin up and take care 🐟😎👍🏻
Still gutted about it. Done all I could. Just one of them things
@@dannycurrie1 that's it you done your best 🐟😎👍🏻
Nice fish collection bro….
Thanks 🙏
It happens looking at your pond I think you've got enough lovely koi in there if you don't mind me saying..👍👍

I agree with you mate the grow and shows where a bit small shame about the loss though
That's part of why I've not taken up the offer of another one. There cracking fish for the money but best for people with a proper grow on
You tried your best mate just a shame but these things happen just hopefully mine don’t jump
Thinking might put mine in the tank for a few weeks lol 😂

Like I said mate gutted for you the rest are looking spot on 😉👌
It's such a shame but what can you do. Thankfully all the other fish are looking good. Looking forward to getting more size on them this year
Shame mate but couldn't be helped on a brighter note the fish are looking mega mate if you ever move the yamabuki on let me know 👌👍
Still gutted but did all I could. If I move the yamabuki on I'll give you first shout. Won't be for a few months yet anyway. I'm heated to 17 so couldn't go to anyone unheated at the moment anyway
@@dannycurrie1 cheers Dan no mate definitely not I'm only at 8 anyway 👍
How long is your pond in feet
So so sad was hoping it might have survived 😢
Me too. But unfortunately not. Must have had had some internal injuries or possibly just the shock of it all
Sad time m8 feel for you.👍
It's a real shame but there's nothing more I could have done. Just real bad luck
😔😔
Are you doing koi food again this year?
I'm not 100% sure yet. Will perhaps put out a post to see what interest there is. I'll be honest, I'm not going to be feeding coppens to my fish this year. So not sure how I feel about selling it if I'm not using it.
Jeez I thought I was unlucky with some of my fish
Definitely very bad luck. But what can you do. These things happen
@@dannycurrie1 they do indeed all you can do is your best
Shame about the fish,
Gutted about it. Nothing more I could have done
I’ve got 12‘ x 8‘ pond
Mine is about the same 12ftx8ftx4ft
