    We love seeing old Blackmer pumps out in the field. It is a shame that the pump wasn't well maintained before you picked it up. Blackmer pumps are known for their durability, and if properly maintained, users get decades of service out of these pumps and often only have to replace common wear parts like vanes, gaskets, and o-rings. How did the rebuild go? We would love to hear how the TXD pump is working out for you. Let us know.     I have rebuilt tons of tdx pumps in my 30 years of being a fuel truck mechanic and i've never came across one in that rough a shape how did it come out?

    maintenance kit is half the price of new pump. makes sense though, it's half the parts and the complex/expensive half of the parts
