Not at all. In fact: this guy handled it in exemplary, textbook fashion. He warned her, when she didn't listen, got the evidence, got rid of her, and didn't get emotional about it. All the heavy revenge stories are nice fantasies, good for satisfying our own anger at out of control female vice, but they're also wrong when they go over the top. This guy has little ego, and that's not sexy, but it's very valuable.
Homeboy babytrapped his wife with her affair partner, got them both fired, and got away without having to pay alimony. Then the dude that knocked her up skipped town. I'd say that's fairly damaging revenge. All it was missing was her getting an STD or something.

I’d have sued her company and boss for every dime I could (if possible). Then use some of the money to have a few friends teach “Mr Stevens” how to be a real man…failing that he will have to learn how to be a woman. He will be unable to do anything with a woman afterwards. Plus, I would’ve tried to find out the identity of the second woman in the hotel room. If she was married, her husband deserves to know the truth.. just like OP did!.
