How to make Arduino Obstacle Avoiding Car + Bluetooth controlled Robot Car || L298N

  • This project is designed to build a robot that automatically detects the obstacle on its path and guides itself whenever an obstacle comes ahead of it. This robotic vehicle is built, using Arduino UNO board. An ultrasonic sensor is used to detect any obstacle ahead of it. A motor driver IC and 2 DC motors are used for controlling the movement of the robot. A servo motor is also used in this project. The ultrasonic sensor is then mounted on the servo and by rotating the servo to different angles we will obtain the readings from the ultrasonic sensor in those angles. This will help the controller to detect the exact path to navigate. A Bluetooth module is also added to the project (which is optional ) in order to control the robot from your android phone when it is in manual mode.

    At first it worked superb the project was absolutely fine but then something went wrong I couldn't find where the app received the information about the car which direction it is turning to but I just can't get to the manual mode.

    hello bro ,i am looking to build a car control robot via bluetooth module like yours but the other thing is i want to use the ultrasonic sensor module to calculate the distance between the car and obstruction, then order the car to stop or can't move forward. It is like making the car avoid collision with obstacles but still controlled by bluetooth. Can you help me with making arduino controller code? thank you

      if i could understand your request well, once the car comes close to an obstruction it neither moves right or left but rather stops?

    Great work, but i faced problem that the wheels didn’t work i used 4 motors and l298N shield motor. How can i fix it ?

      Kindly make sure your connections are correct
      check the state of your battery and make sure its charged and up to 9v minimum
      Also check the power connection between the l298N, Arduino board 5v input and the battery

    Can u give the correct diagram because the motor in videos use L298N but in diagrams use L293N.. the connection was not same

      Yes you can, just make sure you use the same source code as well as wiring ,if you have to edit the wiring, make sure you do the same in the source code.

      9v you need to add resistor for bluetooth module if you are planning for more

    hi, how can I copy Source code & Libraries to my computer IDE library?
    u download from googledrive as zip file and open arduino library click as (sketch>include library>Add ZIP.library)
    but it show:

      make sure your connections are in sync with mine..other than that i see no reason why it wouldn't work. Also check if all modules and components are working perfectly. The same goes with the new ping and servo libraray

    hello I have a problem with the code
    #include tells me it doesn't exist
