  • Hi. This is second session of today and focused on tuck position. It was fun and it actually relieved some tension in my foot, ankle and shin. Not near perfect, but glad to practice it. There js a much better area that is flatter, but inclined just enough for me to practice better. Up coming video soon.

In your earlier vids, you had speed but little control. This vid, you had both speed and all the control.

For the tuck position you should practice idle first. Try to push under your tigh with your back knee then rest on your front calf with back knee. You might feel seated. In this position you can relax your thigh muscles. Maybe you'll have to tight your stance a little bit yo achieve this.
    See you!

Thank you. Makes sense on back knee to front calf for relaxing thigh muscles. Definitely practicing idle and more time to it.
