It’s the very old communities and areas that generally were built not really with drainage in mind.

I've been saying that for decades that they need to have clay pipes bringing water from the areas that have too much water to the areas that are in drought or just never get enough rain . We needed that rain here in North Dallas it's just a shame it doesn't drain properly and I hear some of it is because a lot of the ground in north Texas has clay which doesn't allow the rain to drain properly
