Koga Aoi seems like a really geniune person, I love her. In fact, her personality match my ideal type of woman to be exact, no wonder why I love her so much. Also her voice is just another plus; such a pure and sweet tone to my ears... Oh man.
You should watch the video that showcases Koga Aoi and her struggle before landing big roles until Kaguya. It shows how much of a genuine and down-to-earth person she is. I believe koemonogatari has it subbed already, you can find it in this channel iirc

Ramen yes. Batting center... I can't really remember. But that ramen wasnt good. Can't remember from which episode. Maybe I didn't clip it out.

They probably have a general script, but what really happens in these scripted events is on the radio host(s)
It's only natural for a 1-hour long episode to have some sort of a script, i don't think anyone would be able to make such a long show fun impromptu
