The DS Super mario bros. music really gave me nostalgia.
I wish that you included Roanoke, or the “Lost Colony of Roanoke” as it’s also called, it was the first attempt by the English to establish a colony in the Americas
and at the very end of the story, the last they’d ever find was “CROATOAN” and “CRO” carved in a tree (or trees).

0:53 A correction in here the the part of Canada the USA own in here (Oregon territory) is inaccurate because it was a conjoint occupation between British Canada and USA so the agreement of the territory was a straight line but the usa never truly owned the whole Oregon territory
the US laid claim to it before the join occupation, that was only the compromise
Oversimplified really teaches people of these tiny things
