I said it’s Monday and I haven’t heard from my girl, MeMe and then you popped up about an hour later. Hi delicious recipe I can’t wait to make it thank you we all love you and I can’t wait every Monday for a new recipe something different and it’s always delicious. I love this recipe! I am going to try it and know that I already will love it because I've made it with frozen vegetables. Using canned vegetables is even easier.

Oh, and I have you beat on small towns! My husband and I grew up in southern Oklahoma, and my home town had about 90 people! My husband’s - the county seat - had about 1,200!!! In fact back then we only had about 5,000 in the entire county! We left after we finished college in 1973 and the area has grown a little, but still very small! 😊

I've been making that for years ,but call it gr bean casserole all same ingredients except no bell pepper but you're right it's delicious and I too use The Buttery Ritz😊😅

Love your videos! Please use that new utensil for everything instead of a fork. The sound of a fork grating on bowls is awful for the viewer.

This sounds a lot better than the Vegetable Casserole you made with canned mixed vegetables. Even though they are similar, I can't eat those mushy vegetables.
My family doesn’t care for the mushy vegetables either but I think they will love this recipe ❤

You can always use thawed, frozen green beans instead of the canned. They aren't as cooked and soft. I like the color better too.

We do a veggie casserole that’s similar but we use 2 large cans Veg-All (drained), one can sliced water chestnuts, 1 can cream of celery, 1 cup Dukes Mayo, bag shredded cheddar. Mix all together and cook til bubbly. Top with French fried onions.

Great video. I been looking for something to go with a meal that was new. I go over to my friends to do my wash every week[ I live in apt] We have a early dinner when we get together, so this dish be great with chichen or pork/beef. MeMe we share the bottom rack cooking... maybe it is a Southern thing? The only difference is that I keep my top rack in the highest position and only move it if I need to broil something or cook two things in my oven at the same time.

My wife has one of those tools you showed sent in by a viewer. She uses it to mix, stir and like a spatula. She loves hers.
The darker end is for scooping and scraping and the other end is for spreading and stirring
