Marcos, These are great foundational movements. I was training with a no GI guy on Friday in our GIs and ended up in a tight headlock in the bottom turtle position. Can you please show some escapes from the headlock? Oss!

I use that second option alot, having quite long legs I can go straight to a body triangle if they aren't a gravitationally gifted grappler (like me!)
