Main quest is amazing, but the secondary mission that explain most of the important things that are happening in sumeru, the aranara quest, is hot garbage.
@@Anna-sd4zl ?? lore? i was talking about the quest, the writing , the dialogues, sure any quest in GI is garbadgish, in terms of dialogues cause of Paimon, but the aranara quest was xtra spicy with all the Rana bullshit that they put in the first 20 min of the quest. It was like X writers was doing the quest and after 20 mins somebody saw it, decided that it wasnt going anywhere and kicked X out and started writing his own shit without caring about the first 20 min that were already made.
what made me cry harder was the fact that AFTER this cutscene, nahida turns to traveler and asks "why am i crying?" that's when it truly hits that everyone has forgotten about Rukkhadehvata. if a god were to die, the people would still honor and remember them... but to be forgotten out of existence? truly heartwrenching. the people of teyvat may not remember Rukkhadehvata's existence, but we travelers do and will continue to remember her.
Whenever I tp to Sumeru City to do some business and that soundtrack comes on, I usually stop whatever I'm doing and just look around. Man, makes you think about how the nation is alive because of the sacrifice of their own god that loved them so much she's okay with being forgotten if it meant they would live on. And you're the only one who remembers and it hurts because these people will never know what was lost just for them to still see the sun.
I remember before 3.2 nobody was expecting abything from her and she was even considered the lamest archon among the 4 in terms of design and mission because she is a loli character, Hoyoverse gave us the biggest surprise for making Nahida the archon with the best Archon quest so far
Nahida would eventually grow up physically and look exactly like adult Rukkhadevata, if that does happen she would have the best design among the archons.
I only cried once with Genshin, and it was with the Ruu's story, now with this it's the 2nd time, but this time it did hurt way more deep. The best Archon quest ever.
This scene really made me cry cuz rukkhadevata rlly had to make the world forget her for irminsul to heal. She had to force the world to forget her and move on. It was rlly sad ngl.
Aight I can't. Almost a year and this cutscene still make me emotional. Mondstant is the classic dragon hunt fantasy story, Li Yue is all about political thinking, Inazuma is about civil war and Sumeru is about Emotional damage. I wonder what Fontaine will store for us considering that their god seems like a spoiled brat XD
Since Rukk created nahida with a branch of the tree, you can call her Nahida's mother. Which hits hard since you realize that Nahida met her mom for the first time in her life, only to then be forced to kill her with her own two hands and also br forced to not remember doing so. And now she doesnt remember her mom anymore. I wouldnt call it a bittersweet ending since its just plain sad that Nahida feels overwhelming sadness at times and she isnt allowed to know why.
This scene broke me tbh. I was crying like a little baby and while it was really good, the music didnt help much with the God of EMOTIONAL DAMAGE striking again.
They really hit us with hit after hit after hit First the hug, then nahida hugging her back, then her disappearing and nahida crying, then the dreams, then they show dunyarzad AND heal her THEN HEAL COLLEI AND ISAKS GRAMPMA AND HYPASIA Like this cutscenes was built to be the hardest hitting point in the story yet I swear
The only reason why this hit so hard for everyone was because Sumeru had such an amazing story. How could you not be invested in this conclusion.

Jeht's Quest was way more interesting and had feels. We learnt the tragic fate of Deshret and Goddess of Flowers.

@@saintcitron for real, she needed to be forgotten to save the people. sad af😭

hearing that music again while on Sumeru won't ever be the same as it was before this quest.
F**kin true!!! It triggers my trauma (I'm only exaggerating)
Every time I hear that goddamn piano, I always end up creating because I would hear Rukkhadevata’s last words

When I hear this music, I sit on a rock and let it play out, paying respect for our Greater Lord Rukkhadevata
I love how everyone was like "YES DUNYARZAD IS HEALED" so wholesome
Yup, and M happy to see Collei healed of eleazar

Not gonna lie, this entire Sumeru Quest made me cry, especially this scene. I was crying as if I lost a member of my family
its been months since the conclusion of sumeru archon quest and i still find myself teared up a bit when rewatching this cutscene
Not even that. The music is enough to make me wanna cry xD
@@theglobalwarming6081for real 😳 whenever I hear it- like Pluie de la ville with Navia at her father's grave
the music definitely carried, im crying a river rn
The only scene of all genshin CG that made all grown up cry
Don’t forget Ruu singing for the last time, that was sad af
Also the perilous trail, when Bosacius's sacrifice is told.
Ruu
Kazari
Also when Arama turned into Ashvatta tree and Arana completely forgot us.
Ruu also made me cry fr.
I just love how everyone reacted when Dunyarzad and Collei were healed... It shows how much everyone was invested in the story
I am really happy that we've come so far in genshin that ppl also cry here
"Hey, we just save the world right? Then why am I crying"
Nahida.
How everyone gasped when dunyarzads elazar was so heart warming godd😭😭
Nahida crying followed by the swell of the music always gets me. I also just stop in my tracks when I hear this song in game now
This scene broke me
when I heard this track these scene kept flashing in my head again and again.

I am actually waiting for this, thank you very much!
Enjoy!
I just finished the story, i cried while seeing nahida cried, cant imagine how painful their life is even its just a game i could feel the pain
Then we all had our memories replaced, Sumeru's only had one archon
My heart 🥹. Great work 🔥
yes, that night when i playing. i drink my coffe, its mixed with my tears

During that time the production of Onions increase significantly high

the moment when we lost the gentlest archon

this single cutscene is enough make a grown man cry
Greater Lord Rhukadevvata and Lord Amrita are proudly watching their successors now! ❤❤❤
One of the top three cutscenes to make me bawl my eyes out
This is the only time I had the biggest smile and almost cried tears of joy for any game. The reason why is long, if your willing to listen:
They really hit us with hit after hit after hit
First the hug, then nahida hugging her back, then her disappearing and nahida crying, then the dreams, then they show dunyarzad AND heal her THEN HEAL COLLEI AND ISAKS GRAMPMA AND HYPASIA

I will always cry to this, Nahida! 😭
Still my favorite archon quest until now, Sumeru was so good
I'm crying 😭🤧so beautiful
Rukkadevata and Foçalors were truly sad what amazing stories we live in this game❤
This shows that a game isn't just a game
I can never listen to the same song again 😭
I literally bawled my eyes out till I had no more tears 😭💀
"Goodbye, people of Sumeru. May you be blessed tonight, with the sweetest of dreams"
This reminds me so much of Steven Universe. Steven and his mom have similar relationships as Nahida and Rhukki
man, now we saw Furina. Young Archons also suffered a lot :(
sacrificing your life and being forgotten by everyone even by your successor is really sad because there's no one to remember what they did.
This never fails to make me sob. Nahida has a special place in my heart
Sumeru's archons are the best
Yeah its hard for me to revisist this scene, I always tear up.
What's sadder is that only Traveler only knows the existence of greater lord and no one else.
Nope, there is still Sustainer of heaven and 4 decenders of teyvat. Traveller is one of them but there is one more unknown person
"Goodbye... People of Sumeru....."
Broke me
To this day i have no idea what greater lord was talking about in this whole cutscene. Its just too hard to focus on her words.
BEST ARCHON BAR NONE
Crying guy the right row 3 up Is hilarious
the best archon so far
The first time I watched this kind of reaction videos that I can't see everyone's expressions....

only us remember who's rukkhadevata is T_T
“How could Genshin possibly top this?”
Furina: Hold my hat.
