R tutorial: Independent groups ANOVA

This tutorial shows you how to run between subjects ANOVA in R. It starts with a one way ANOVA, and then a 2x3 complex ANOVA. I will show you how to do post hoc tests, produce effect sizes, test assumptions and deal with violations of assumptions. How to write up the stats is also included.
