Nice pink sky huh Dan. I have just purchased this same camera and it arrives on Monday. I watched tons and tons of videos of various cameras but chose the Wolfang GA420 because the main body is waterproof up to 10 metres without having to place it inside the awful Chinesium outer case, plus the inbuilt microphone sound quality beats all other low- budget similar action cameras. I will mount my camera on my ebike handlebar bracket for journalistic views. I'm told that 1080P at 60fps looks better quality than 4K at 60 fps with this camera. Maybe you can try it at 60mph and make a video at the same time . Thanks for your video .
I appreciate that, P. I plan to get it out on my adventure bike and take some more footage this month. I'll make sure to use 1080P @ 60FPS for that test. Much obliged.
@@frogcubes no worries. You didn't. I knew the breathing was there -- I edit audio regularly -- but left it in to convey both the abilities of the camera's audio and as a warning to all about proper mic placement. The little clip that comes on the mic is not substantial enough, or perhaps designed well enough, to allow proper placement, at least in my helmet. I get in in a good place and then it moves to tangle in from of my mouth while I ride. LoL. It's a me-issue. I considered using shipping tape to afix it differently, but I didn't want to screw up my helmet, and frankly, I just haven't taken the time.
Has anyone used this camera with a chest harness for running? I’m looking for advice about the best model to buy - considering the GoPro harness, but not sure if would fit the Wolfang.
I understand, although I am not sure I've properly placed the camera within the helmet. This video was more about the video rendering than the audio, but you bring up a good point. The manual is less than helpful about the audio settings, what they mean and so forth. I will have to experiment a bit to see if it can be better. I will figure out how to better mount it and see if that helps. That said, I am tending to believe you are correct. There is probably only a bit more noise reduction I can squeeze out of the existing setup without resorting to post-production sound-gating.
@@EbaleyTheRogue I think Wolfang camera can be an alternative to GoPro if there is a sound quality like in the video I showed you as a reference (ie not hearing wind noise).
2 common problems with "budget" action cameras are decrease picture resolution at 60 fps ( or more ) and dropped/repeat frames ( choppy/stuttering video) at high bitrate/video quality settings. Here is an example of a good 1080p60fps capture only at 16 mbps ... ruclips.net/video/9kBkdXd5ztQ/видео.htmlsi=Rdi36OtG7Xw_63v9 ( now imagine 2k (2x better) and 4k (4x better) than 1080p)
What settings do you use for motovlog 1080- 60 fps does not seem to be bad, but in the evening there is a pixel image, this is bad. what is your solution? and finally, do you think it makes sense to activate the EIS feature when we connect the camera to the helmet?
I just bought this camera and I’m looking forward to using it.

the heavy breathing 😥
Yep. I was playing with the microphone placement. I breathe.

I'm also a motorcycle rider and it's annoying when you accelerate that the wind noise is excessive.
So my perspective on this camera is not positive.

@@yenerxs I am not seeing a reference video, Yener. How did you provide it?
I wrote it before, but RUclips may have deleted it.

I'll check. I haven't gotten it out in a bit due to other things going on, but I'll reply back in this thread A.S.A.P.
