Ingredients-
3 dates
2 dried figs
5-6 almonds
4-5 cashews
3 tbsp oats
1/2 cup of water
1 banana
Method-
1) Soak the nuts overnight or for 5-6 hours
2) In a blender jar add the oats & soaked nuts, along with its water
3) Add 1 ripe banana & add water
4)Run the blender until all ingredients well combine
5)Pour in a glass & serve
*IMPORTANT TIPS*
It's recommended to have it in
Breakfast.
Post Workout as it's rich in protein.
As a Mid Day Meal
Rinse nuts with water before soaking
Peel off almonds skin before blending
You can take less or more nuts according to your taste.
