Use Cold Butter but not soft and runny Keep the butter cold and handle the dough gently to preserve the delicate layers. At any time while rolling you find the butter coming out, put the dough in the fridge to harden up a bit and then continue rolling. Hope this helps the next time. Thanks for watching

Good job mam but I have mistake my butter came out when I was rolling plz tell me it's make diffrence
