I was going through the teachings of The Bible on RUclips and then I came across this channel. One of the very first video was "Dinner with an Angel", and from that moment, I fell in love. And subscribed to this. Though it's old videos, still the faith in God will never be old.

The extent of this young woman's concern and persistence is utterly amazing. She sets a great example for others, who in this day and age, especially in big populations centers like S. California, tend to avoid any and all situations that demand bold, selfless involvement.

I had the same experience, I was on my way to school and I did not know why i look at the right turn and it seems like something tells me to take that road, I passed it and stop by at a store. I came out of the store and turn around, I took the road and when I drove by I saw the apt was on fire. I went and kicked the door down there were drunken people on the floor. I ran in and pull the three kids out of the house.
The parents came back and realize their apt was on fire. They thank me for saving their kids.

Can’t believe the mindset of a woman hearing frantic pounding on the door and doesn’t think there might be something amiss
I think it may have been in the sleep stage or something she was in. Sometimes we can confuse things when they are truly happening.
Strange but I also thought the same thing. Somebody's knocking frantically late night and the woman cdnt be bothered and hoped the person would go away!

Man, it was torture watching how SLOW those people reacted. It was more than a coincidence that she happened to drive by.

And they had a dog too? A very young puppy? But they didn't say puppy. Didn't mention their dog was deaf and mute either. Usually a dog will at least alert on someone banging on the door.

When people are asleep they do silly things like not getting up when they hear something. So it makes sense that the moms reaction was slow to walk up.

I call these God Moments, have witnessed many in my 40 years in nursing.
One of my favorite was when I was told by several doctors to convince a family to unplug their teenaged daughter, mother to a little boy.
She had been in a subcompact car in mechanical trouble, she drove to the shoulder and it wouldn't start. A dump truck didn't see the little car
and rear ended her going 50 miles an hour. She was in ICU on a ventilator, with EVERY bone in her body with fractures. She was sedated to keep her from fighting the endotracheal tube. But, her family refused to give up on her.months of surgeries and near death experiences, she was moved to a rehab facility. I lost track of her.
One day, years later, I needed rehab for a back issue, and there she was. Her Mom was pointing out her daughter and told me the story of the nurse
that was told to tell them there was best to let her go, but that she assured them it was strictly their decision.
And God let me see his handiwork years later, she gets therapy intermittently for spasms in her back. Wow!
Wow is right! Praise our Lord God! But you know, the Holy Spirit is actually the power that heals, the power that raised Lazarus AND Jesus from their graves! Of course, God sends Him!
