This is a truly beautiful amazing miracle. It's crazy how the move that caused so much uncertainty and stress and, eventually, despair, turned into a story of love. Praying for others is such a gesture of love. It's amazing how things can turn around, when you give it to God and ask him to take over. Never give up!
I know exactly what it is like to see nothing ahead, suffering depression myself I also know the clarity of coming to terms with ending it. Fortunately she had someone watching over her.

I am also moved by what a beautiful thing that her "best friend" is also gifted in music: they are like two strong horses, pulling together, to save people with their message of hope. The third thing I want to note is a warning to any parent who loves their child: never under-estimate your vulnerability to your child and how, when they are in pain, they COULD unwittingly destroy YOU. Gather all your spiritual resources of scriptures, worship, praise, gratitude, weekly (and twice-weekly) fellowship and prayer warriors you are calling on. Don't attempt a challenge like an angry, hurt, bitter child all by yourself. It is too much. God bless every parent struggling with this kind of pain from their child.
Narniagirl We are not perfect mom n dad, and we need Jesus daily to help us to bring up our kids in the midst of Godless environment. It's not easy but impossible without personal relationship with Jesus the Living Word. These days we certainly desperately need miracles of God's Loving Grace.

Just like this lady I believed that was what I should do. That thought lasted for one minute and I came to my senses. After that I realized how people could chose death. Intense pain can make a person go insane. Thank The Creator she was saved by her husband. That situation was a true miracle.
beck-weth beckweth I lost my baby son last July. I have emotional as well as physical pain; my bones would also hurt. Losing a baby (child) is so painful, like the world keeps moving, while you continue to relive that dreadful day. Just don’t want my baby to be forgotten.

That’s the most beautiful couple I’ve ever seen in my life, I’m 55 and I used to watch “John Boy” on the “Waltons” and it was my mother’s favorite show, she would always say that John Boy reminded her of an Angel & I felt the same way, I always thought of John Boy as an Angel, and this program is so very appropriate for him. I left the house at 15 , but had my mother’s blessing because I worked full time 40 hours a week & was third in my high school class, and graduated third in my senior class of 1554 seniors. I never knew my father, and the kids of my mother & her husband treated me like a complete stranger, and when I would come home from band or football sometimes they would not open the door, and I would have to find a place to stay, so when I moved out, everybody was at peace except my mother. I saw her get beaten so many times & when she would lecture on Saturday’s the father of the boy & girl would wake me up & he would put his son to wrestle with me and I was only 5 & he was 9, but between my half sister , half brother, and their dad it was like a wrestling match, they would all cheer for my half brother & I couldn’t ever tell my mother the truth because he would send her to the hospital. She lived with me the last 12 years of her life, and I hired a live in nurse to take care of her, until she passed at 78 in 2012. He passed in 2015, and his kids wouldn’t take care of him, so I took care of him the last 2 years of his life , when he had cancer, and his kids wouldn’t even visit him 1 time at the VA hospital, however I promised my mother I would look after him, before she passed. Even though,he was their dad not mine, and he sent my mother to the hospital with broken bones, ribs, burns from the entire coffee pot thrown at her from the gas stove, I promised mother before she passed away, because he was the Captain of police in that city, and a vet from Korean War he was treated like a King, but even though my mother was a PhD professor & superintendent he would beat me in front of her, and if she tried to help me he would send her to the hospital. Only one great thing in our life was our Catholic faith & the moments we shared watching the “Waltons” & mother’s Angel “John Boy” I never realized how much I felt the same way about John Boy.

Surely people have progressed further than where they were when your mother was being treated so terribly, I would like to think that they would do something to intervene now. If you are reading this and ever turn your back on a situation like this and do nothing. all can say is shame on you to the utmost.
I'm glad to hear you took care of your mother, it's too bad there wasn't as much help for abused women back then. She should have left him. Many Minister's would tell abused women to "go back and submit" instead of trying to help them leave such horrible men. We know better these days. I know how hard it is to care for someone. Took care of my late husband for two years.

I can relate to this story because my best friend who was seperated & her son made her life hell. She became so lost that the only way to take her pain away was to take tablets & she did so many of them. Her mum kept on calling her & she wouldn’t answer that her instincts told her that something wrong has.happened. The mother called the police they went to check there was no answer so they broke the door. She was unconscious they rushed her to hospital & saved her life. The problem is that her son continues to have issues with her. He is 15yrs old & I’m afraid that she will try again. I pray to god to save her every day.

I'm impressed with this nice friend who ultimately married this woman. I know a lot of men who don't pay any attention to their gut instincts, but this guy really did. What a great prayer poured out of him as he went looking for her: "Please guide me. Protect her." He said that over and over and over. Nothing stopped him, and he begged all involved to help. And his prayer worked: he was guided to that particular motel, and he searched and searched until he found her car. All the pieces that made it possible for her to survive fell into place. The whole thing was a miracle!

I'm crying. This is the second time I watch this video. Same things happened to me when my friend saved my life 8 years ago when he dreamed a dream about me committing a suicide but the Voice in the dream said: 'Mercy said no'. I was standing at the pier and he called me. And I was thinking that's it. Finally, this is a way out. And then my cell phone rang. I was thinking if I should pick it up or not. And then I said: 'Okay, let me answer the call' and the first thing he told me is: 'Hey man, what are you trying to do? Where are you?'. I was crying. I told him I'm on a pier. He told me to go away from that place.

My friend killed herself a year ago yesterday. Sept 28 2018. This brings up so much for me. I had no idea she would do it, although her own father committed suicide when she was little. I knew she struggled sometimes but I had no idea how much. She left behind 4 kids and a good husband who loves her very much. I will never understand what brought her to that place. I have been suicidal myself, wanted nothing more than to die, but I couldn't do that to my kids. I'm sure God had a huge hand in it not happening. I can not take the credit. My friend had a really strong faith at one time. She used to pick me up for church every Sunday when we were younger. Idk what happened. She was 39. I will never get it. I feel so Sorry for her and yet since I can't really relate to actually going through with it, because I couldn't accept what the consequences of that would be for my children, I am angry with her too for doing that to her family. It is just so confusing.

Constant pain, physical and/or mental, can and will cause one to contemplate suicide. For some it is a daily struggle to make it from one day to the next, having to drag up some reason to keep up the fight. It simply is much easier to succumb to the sadness and despair. It's much harder to fight, to continue daily putting up a front that all is okay, when all along you just want to curl up and die. Mental anguish is real. It's deadly and it's to be taken seriously. Thank goodness this woman received the miracle that was necessary to save her life.
Please share the Love of the Son of God, He spoke Truth Forever, write His Words in your Heart, and share them, Forgive, and Pray for everyone... Peace

I'm crying. This is the second time I watch this video. Same things happened to me when my friend saved my life 8 years ago when he dreamed a dream about me committing a suicide but the Voice in the dream said: 'Mercy said no'. I was standing at the pier and he called me. And I was thinking that's it. Finally, this is a way out. And then my cell phone rang. I was thinking if I should pick it up or not. And then I said: 'Okay, let me answer the call' and the first thing he told me is: 'Hey man, what are you trying to do? Where are you?'. I was crying. I told him I'm on a pier. He told me to go away from that place.

I’m so glad that that child came around at last! He almost lost his mother! Who can live with the guilt of causing someone to take their life because of another person being always unavailable emotionally distant/fighting and problematic.

My friend killed herself a year ago yesterday. Sept 28 2018. This brings up so much for me. I had no idea she would do it, although her own father committed suicide when she was little. I knew she struggled sometimes but I had no idea how much. She left behind 4 kids and a good husband who loves her very much. I will never understand what brought her to that place. I have been suicidal myself, wanted nothing more than to die, but I couldn't do that to my kids. I'm sure God had a huge hand in it not happening. I can not take the credit. My friend had a really strong faith at one time. She used to pick me up for church every Sunday when we were younger. Idk what happened. She was 39. I will never get it. I feel so Sorry for her and yet since I can't really relate to actually going through with it, because I couldn't accept what the consequences of that would be for my children, I am angry with her too for doing that to her family. It is just so confusing.

Constant pain, physical and/or mental, can and will cause one to contemplate suicide. For some it is a daily struggle to make it from one day to the next, having to drag up some reason to keep up the fight. It simply is much easier to succumb to the sadness and despair. It's much harder to fight, to continue daily putting up a front that all is okay, when all along you just want to curl up and die. Mental anguish is real. It's deadly and it's to be taken seriously. Thank goodness this woman received the miracle that was necessary to save her life.
