  • While every other religion has one prophet and one book, why does Hinduism have so many scriptures and so many Gods? Swami Chinmayananda answers this question as a part of his talks on Bhagavad Gita (Chapter 3).
The discourse explores the diverse spiritual paths in Hinduism, highlighting that different approaches cater to individual inclinations and temperaments.

    Highlights
🌍 The world presents two ancient paths: Karma and Jnana Yoga.
📜 These paths are rooted in timeless scriptures, not personal theories.
🤔 Western religions typically follow a singular approach, causing confusion with Hinduism’s pluralism.
🧘‍♂️ Individual spiritual journeys are unique, reflecting personal inclinations.
🍽️ Just as a banquet caters to varied tastes, spirituality must also accommodate different paths.
🚀 Karma Yoga serves action-oriented individuals, while Jnana Yoga suits the contemplative.
📖 Diverse teachings compile wisdom from many sages, enriching the spiritual landscape.
    Key Insights
🌱 Multiple Paths for Individual Growth: Hinduism embraces various spiritual paths, recognizing that each person’s journey is unique. This inclusivity allows individuals to find what resonates with them, fostering personal growth.
🤝 Unity in Diversity: The existence of many paths in Hinduism contrasts with the singular approach seen in many Western religions, emphasizing that truth can be multifaceted and subjective.
🌌 Timeless Wisdom: The teachings presented are derived from ancient scriptures, signifying that spirituality is not a modern invention but a continuation of a long-standing tradition.
🔄 Action vs. Contemplation: The distinction between Karma Yoga (action) and Jnana Yoga (knowledge) caters to different personality types-active individuals versus contemplative thinkers, ensuring everyone finds a suitable path.
🍽️ Spiritual Banquet: Just as a diverse menu caters to different tastes, spirituality must offer varied approaches to engage and satisfy all seekers.
📖 Collective Knowledge: The insights of many sages over centuries contribute to a vast repository of spiritual wisdom, akin to a library of knowledge where multiple authors provide a holistic view.
🚀 Dynamic Spirituality: The need for diverse paths reflects the dynamic nature of human experience, ensuring that spirituality evolves alongside individual and societal needs.

Great , tells you why so many paths , not a single path as shown by a person or by a book like the Christianity , Islam or Buddhism , but many solutions or paths to suit all types of people in society with many gods for different inclinations or moods but generalized to be called a collection of religions to suit everybody in the society in effect Hindu or Hinduism . A real revelation by chinmaya sir . Touché achuta

We are indians and we knew Buddhism better than! Outsider's lol ! Cuz Buddhism born here ! And inspired by Manu theories it use are from totally inspired by Hinduism ! Since Buddha himself met lot of Hindu sages and gain knowledge from them ! Buddha never said he was creating any religion 😂 and all that ! Even Hindusim is not religion!
All these mix of many religion just branches of one religion which called *Sanatan Dharma*!
Thai dharama word Buddha always used so many times in his words (bcz of that times Pali language accent this sankrit word Dharma into dhama )
Even Many confused with yoga as Buddhist thing in west ! But fun fact it's mostly made by Hindu Rishi (sage) *Patanjali* !
