49ers had better overall talent than the Ravens in the Super Bowl. Given that I would have to give it to John. He beat his younger brother straight up with a less talented team and this is coming from a 49er fan who loves Jim. John always seemed to have his number.

John Harbaugh has a Super Bowl ring, he's going into the Hall of Fame, and has succeeded in maybe the toughest division in sports year in and year out. With all due respect to Jim who's also had a great coaching career, the edge goes to older brother.

let's say jim wins a natty, that would be Michigan's first outright championship since 1948. and he already went to SB with niners. Turning around stanford is no joke either. he was beating pete caroll's USC with much inferior talent. winning 3 straight big ten championship is no joke too.
both are great. Jim gets a nod if he gets a natty.
