Unrelenting is good specifically in 1v1s because the killers have to swing at the start, and you actually get a lot of distance out of it. Also unrelenting can help you mindgame some fillers because you get less punished for swinging.
depends on the killer, I could definitely see mft being better than lithe vs wraith doc and maybe trapper, but vs the other killers especially higher tier killers lithe is probably better
