    Thank you guys for this video, only one on youtube. Currently trying to install a 150 we bought from you, and this helps a lot.

    I'd love to see a Y axis install for the servo units too as they have the bearing assembly too.

    I’d love to see a video of you refurbishing a 6f or 8f power feed. I am going through one at the moment and would love to have the H&W how to.

      I've let Jon know, we will put it on the list of requested videos!

      @@HWMachRepair I am getting a lot out of your channel. Any update on a new video? I have what I believe is a 6F-C, that needs some repair. Some details on how to disassemble and reassemble it would be ideal.

      @@MyLilMule Unfortunately we don't have a dedicated RUclips team so we have to make videos as we have the time. Good or bad, we have been super busy lately so we haven't had time to get anything new done. We do have a Bridgeport power feed teardown and rebuild on the list of things we would like to do eventually, I just need to get Jon pinned down so we can get it done. For the mean time, if you want to give us a call, Jon can help you with troubleshooting and getting parts replaced. 1-800-285-5271.

      Thanks, that's on the list. We are also going to do a Y-axis install eventually. Now we just need to find the time to get it done.

    That spacer or arbor you slid on to the shaft just before attaching the unit to the end of the table, where can I get one of those?

    I’d rather the handle not turn with spindle rotation. Is there a trick to installing the key? You didn’t show that part.

    • @HWMachRepair
      @HWMachRepair  6 месяцев назад

      The way that the Servo is made, you are always going to have the handle spin. I would suggest maybe getting a safety handwheel if you are concerned, its still going to spin, but you wont have the handle hitting anything.

    What would cause my servo 150 to not engage on the left side feed. Will engage when I flip it to the ride side.

      That's a question we are going to need more specifics on, it could be one of several things depending on what it's actually doing. Can you give us a call sometime and we can help you troubleshoot it over the phone: 1-800-285-5271

    Looking at getting one of these for our mill, but cant find the speed settings; do you know how fast each number makes it go(As in, #1 is 10 inches per minute, etc?) Thanks!

    • @HWMachRepair
      @HWMachRepair  2 года назад

      This is from Servo, numbers are Inches per Min:
      Servo 140:
      1 = 0.75
      2 = 4
      3 = 7
      4 = 10
      5 = 13
      6 = 16
      7 = 19
      8 = 22
      9 = 25
      Type 150
      1 = 0.5
      2 = 5
      3 = 9
      4 = 14
      5 = 18
      6 = 22
      7 = 26
      8 = 31
      9 = 35

    How do you replace an original table feed where the screw is longer. Do you need a spacer

    • @HWMachRepair
      @HWMachRepair  3 года назад +1

      Hi Tony, Servo makes a special kit for the gear driven feeds to Servo, M-0225-140/ 150. Their kit includes a bigger table bracket to compensate for the extra screw length. If you have any other questions on this kit you can shoot me an email at: support@hwmachinerepair.com . I can send you over a picture of what the bracket looks like if you would like to see.
