1. Your speaking is not up to par for a Junior News Presenter.
2. Please stick to using only Bangla or English and avoid translating from English to Bangla. Your translations are not being valued or appreciated.
3. Your entire presentation lacks clear viewpoints and a distinct message. Kindly refrain from wasting our time with such unclear communication.
4. As a novice presenter, it is advised not to share personal opinions with the audience.
5. I have observed many things, but I will only highlight the basic elements.
If you are the owner of the TV Channel or closely affiliated with the owner, which may indicate nepotism within your organization, then termination may be necessary if your organization values good organizational structures.
