Dealing With The Waiting Times

I have been given a date for my first appointment at the GIC. I have been waiting for just over 11 months before I got my letter, and the time I spent waiting was difficult. I wanted to find something to take my mind of the waiting list and suggestions on how to do that were difficult so I have created a video listing what I did to take my mind of it, I hope this will help spark some ideas to help you get through the time.
